I don't think I've ever written a negative review before, but this Wendy's location is breaking me. I live in town and Wendy's is my favourite fast food place and their food is usually great (sometimes get the order wrong, 4 stars for that) however, this one lady ruins the entire place. Anyone who's been here in the last couple months know the unfortunate soul I speak of. The older woman wearing her mask and sunglasses (even at night) is probably the most MISERBALE person I've ever seen in my entire life. She is INCREDIBLY rude, and makes every customer that has ever been so fortunate to have met her feel like they're an incredible inconvenience. Seriously, I know the service industry is tough, I too have worked it, but MY GOODNESS is she ever a grouchy old hag. I try to be extremely pleasent to those preparing my food for obvious reasons. But no matter what, she barely says a word, and when she does, you wish she hadn't. I've never seen someone that's able to make people feel so suddenly and severely uncomfortable in my entire life, and she has NO BUSINESS being in the service industry. I'd say make her a cook, but she'd probably try to poison everyone just for showing up. Seriously can't stress this enough, this woman is AWFUL. I'd like to meet the person who thought she was an appropriate choice to make her the face of the business at this location. Read moreAt the drive-thru I ordered a small spicy chicken combo and I had a coupon. Told the customer service that that's what I had and that I would like to have a green tea drink along with a small fries. I showed up at the window and the cashier told me it would be 1395. I questioned the cashier on the pricing and she said nope that's what it is and I said even after the coupon she said that's what it is. After doing some research, I realized that they charged me for the tea separately and never provided me with a small drink to go with the combo. I bought a bunch of the same combos using coupons that I received recently at different Wendy's stores and my total was usually under $10 after providing the coupon. This is not the first time that this location has failed to live up to Wendy's standards. The fries are often old and reheated. The debit machine is constantly down so they're only taking in cash. That happens multiple times in a year. Makes me wonder what's going on and why is it only a cash business. I'm only sharing this at length because I'm too frustrated right now to go in and talk to them face to face. And frankly, I've meetings for 2 days and just want to get home. Read moreTerrible attitude from staff. Absolutely horrendous. Fire them all. Ordered a Caesar salad with Croutons and the croutons were crushed to dust. Not a big deal. I go inside and wait patiently for someone to help me. With at least 7 workers in the back not one of them came up to me. So I had to call one of the workers over who obviously had a problem, as he says “What do you want” in a rude tone. Still not a big deal. The problem was when I asked for Croutons he didn’t understand a word I was saying and was being very hostile that he did not know what I want. I repeated myself at least 5 times saying can I get another bag of croutons. Instead he gives me a bag of fried onions thinking that this is a bag of croutons… I go back, still patient as can be, saying that this is not croutons can I get another bag of croutons, which the worker rolled his eyes, let out a big sigh and walked away…. Instead another worker, who didn’t even approach me said that they all come like that… I asked them if they could replace it and they refused saying it’s going to be the same. At least show me so I can believe you. Just the whole trouble of getting another bag of croutons took 20 mins and I still did not get a replacement. Please fire all your staff, this was the worst service I received and would rather drive 10 minutes further to another location just so I don’t have to deal with them.
