A Hidden Gem with a Heartbeat – A Dining Experience to Remember
From the moment we stepped through the door, it felt like we’d entered a warm embrace. The atmosphere of this cozy little haven is nothing short of magical—soft lighting, loud classic rock music in the background, and the kind of welcoming energy that makes you feel instantly at home. It’s the kind of place you don’t just eat at—you experience.
The chef/owner greeted us with genuine warmth and grace, effortlessly balancing professionalism with a personal touch. You could tell this wasn't just a job—it was a passion. Every guest was treated like a friend returning home, which set the tone for the rest of our evening.
And then, there’s the experience the chef brings to the table—wow. You don’t just see the energy; you feel it in every dish. Vibrant, present, and genuinely caring, the chef brought a burst of life to the room each time they stepped out from the kitchen. You could tell they weren’t just cooking—they were telling a story with flavors, and we were all lucky enough to be part of it.
The food was divine, crafted with heart and intention, yet it was the love behind each bite that truly set it apart. It’s rare to find a place where every detail—service, ambiance, food, and feeling—comes together so harmoniously.
If you’re looking for a restaurant that feeds not just your appetite but your soul, this is the place. A perfect blend of comfort, passion, and unforgettable hospitality. I will make sure The Bay is a must stop event every time...
Read moreWas in town for a kids hockey tournament over the winter and had things planned by the organizer. Wasn't expecting much but wow was I blown away. What a cool place to hang out. First they could accommodate a team of loud hungry kids. Now to the food - its known as a pizza place but my favorite dish by far was the caesar salad. I'm pretty sure everything was made in house as it was soooo fresh. To me its comparable if not better to the table side caesars from the higher end steak houses on the mainland. The pizzas were also quite unique and I enjoyed them all. The lady working gave the smaller kids mini duck figurines to take home. A tiny gesture but kept them busy the whole time, as this is a place you go to hang out, play the games they have go out on the patio etc. TVs everywhere they have that covered if there are sports on. If you are an 80s kid you will appreciate the decor and vibe of this place. Music was on point, and what stood out was the look of the place. Ninja turtles, transformers, mario and much more were on display and referenced throughout the restaurant. We will definitely come back when...
Read moreWe called in to order at 4:40pm on Sept 14. The woman who answered was short with us right away and rude. She barked at us and said they don’t open until 5:00. Fair enough, but if that’s the case, why pick up the phone? She also said the ovens aren’t even on until 5:00. We asked politely if she could please take our order... Long pause… then, “It won’t be ready until 5:30.” Fine, no problem we said that would be great, we placed an order for 3 pizzas and a Caesar salad. When we went to pick it up at 5:30, I was handed the pizzas but no salad. When I asked, she rudely told me I hadn’t ordered one. After checking the computer, she realized I had, no apology, then made me wait while she prepared it. The attitude throughout was not very friendly. As for the food, the pizzas were at most okay—toppings were skimpy and the crust was thin but soggy and the outer crust was burnt. The Caesar salad was the highlight—the dressing was excellent. Overall, not impressed with the service or the pizza..treat your customers better. Won’t be returning,...
