We placed a large takeout order for a group of 16 people. After picking everything up and returning to our hotel, we realized that one item — a Real Crab California Roll — was missing from the order. I immediately called the restaurant to report it. The person on the phone asked if I would be picking it up. I said yes and I even placed a few additional items for pickup since we were making the trip back anyway. However, when we arrived, the situation completely changed. Suddenly, the staff claimed the order had been complete from the start and flat-out accused me of lying about the missing roll. I explained — clearly and firmly — that I wouldn’t waste my time driving all the way back just to try and get one roll replaced if it wasn’t actually missing. Despite that, they refused to make the item and stood by their claim. To make matters worse, the man I spoke with dismissed my concern entirely and told me, "You can go ahead and leave a bad review, I’m still not making it." That level of disrespect and disregard for a paying customer is shocking. This is an absolutely unacceptable way to handle a customer complaint. Mistakes happen — that’s understandable. But doubling down, accusing your customer of lying, and refusing to make it right shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. We won’t be ordering from this place again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values honest service or expects to be treated...

We were traveling through Golden during dinner hours and I had a craving for soupy noodle and also a lighter dinner (nothing deep fried and not overly meaty). We settled on giving Q's a try.

The food here isn't bad for an Asian restaurant along the highway in Golden BC.

We ordered Pad Thai with pork belly, Korean ramen and beef teriyaki rice.

The pad thai was not great...the sauce was too sweet and thick. They also used a flour noodle versus a rice noodle. The pork belly was not flavorful.

My Korean noodle soup hit the spot to satisfy my craving but don't set your expectations too high. It's right out of an instant noodle package. There is a boiled egg in it with some veggies. It was light and just want I wished for.

The beef teriyaki was okay. Flavors were alright but the rice was slightly on the soggy/mushy side. The picture shows the half eaten bowl because I forgot to take the photo before diving in.

The staff were amazing...they were hopping trying to serve a tour group plus their walk in patrons. I was expecting a long wait for food but they took our orders and brought our food without delays. Impressive serving speed and juggling customers.

Overall, not a bad stop for Golden. Food was one star but staff and convenience was five stars so I give them...

Came here craving Korean food with my hopes up due to the high reviews - with the only complaints being about the service. The service for us was actually great - got seated and ordered quickly. The food was something else, first of all, there aren’t that many Korean options at all (wanted some gamjatang or galbi tang or soon tofu, but the only Korean food they had was bibimbap, japchae and ramen noodle, none of the Korean staples you would find at a typical Korean restaurant) so I got the Katsu don - it was probably the worst Katsu I’ve ever had. The sauce was sweet - never had a sweet Katsu sauce before (especially in Japan), and the piece of pork they used was extremely tough and chewy, it was essentially 50% fat, and was completely bland - I actually had a tough time finishing the food. I’m in awe that a restaurant with ratings this high can serve something like that. Not sure what everyone else is raving about, but if you’ve actually had Korean / Japanese food before, and not just takeout / food court sushi, then best stay away and go to the McDonald’s / A&W...

I don't even know what to say. Left this place without leaving a tip. I always tip, even if I didn't like the service in a place. But this was a joke. I feel totally cheated and robbed. What you see in the picture cost me 33 dollars! 6 pieces of sushi total. I ordered a tuna roll and a kimchi stew. The stew was 25 dollars! The picture in the menu made it look like a decent portion size but what I received was an appetizer or lunch size portion! It had 2oz of meat in it at most and was maybe 10 soup spoons full. It tasted great, I'll give them that. And my server was friendly, but she should have warned me about the size. I had told her that I was hungry. They should be ashamed of themselves. If you have a huge wallet, then definitely eat here but if you're like me who would at least like a little lube before being fcked in the ass, do not bring your money here!

Food's quality is not worth the price. Miso Ramen is veggie, with optional beef rather than chashu which wasn't that great either and hard to chew. Gyoza is just okay, taste like a frozen gyoza I can buy from the market. Mango roll has a weird wasabi sauce which thankfully we were able to request it off but this made the roll dry. The sushi is also huge. It would've been better if they made the cut more bite size so even tho it will look smaller (or like a regular sushi) but it will have more pieces rather than 5 huge ones, if that makes sense. The actual mango was ripe and good tho. Korean Short Ribs was actually the best out of the dish we ordered. The flavour was good BUT it was hard to cut and chew. Service was slow, tho to be fair they were busy. But overall, it wasn't worth the price of $80.
