Hilltop Restaurant — Restaurant in Grand Falls

Bought $200.00 of food by take out. Literally everything was wrong. Asked for Chipotle sauce on the 4 chicken burgers, only mayo. Asked for only lettuce, pickles and mayo on beef burger, had the works. Asked for my fries to be upgraded to a poutine, only got fries. Asked for no onions on my nachos (menu also doesn't even include them in the ingredients, but still requested no onions just incase they forgot to list them), nachos were filled with onions. Glad that the food I was actually able to eat was good, just very disappointed and annoyed that they either didn't listen to the requests for the food, or didn't care to make the food correct. Overall a bad experience and a rip off seeing as I didn't receive what I asked for. Don't bother ordering unless you don't have special requests or food allergies, they will disregard it. We are not from the area , but heard about the place so we decided to stop for lunch . The door was so hard to open we actually thought it was locked . We finally figure it out and when we walked in we asked the guy working at the reception desk if we sit ourselves . He was rude and seemed annoyed we even asked and said " I am reception I don't know because I don't work that area " fair enough . We sat ourselves and when we walked into the back room with the windows we were overwhelmed but a urine smell . Very gross , we decided to stay anyway , I got chicken quesadilla and my husband got the poutine . They were good . I had high hopes for this restaurant. It is a small community but ideally located and many tourists come here. They need to move with the times rather than expect customers to be happy with what they can’t offer. The food menu was good but there ability to accommodate special diets is poor. I advocated for myself and specified what could work. They did agree but the management appeared very impatient. I felt they just wanted me to go after they sold me a drink.
