My wife and I decided to try the food, and we both enjoyed it greatly. I had the Zil Zil. It was a beef dish with orange and red bell peppers. The bread had a sour flavour and a texture that was new to me, and I enjoyed it greatly. This dish can be seasoned to your liking. The cook is sensitive to the European palate and came out to ask me if the dish was too hot. I rated it at a low medium heat, and she went back into the kitchen and brought out the habanero sauce. I added a considerable amount to the dish, and she said you must be an African man. The waiter and the chef are very friendly and give great advice for people unfamiliar with Nigerian food. My wife enjoyed her dish, too. The bread had a really interesting texture and flavour. We plan to go back and try some of the other dishes. We had some leftovers that we reheated for for a snack in the evening.

It was the first time I have visited this restaurant. I wasn’t shocked on how friendly and welcoming the lady was when we walked in. I had the goat, Jollof rice and fried plantain. The flavours were out of this world. The goat was the absolute beat I have ever had. I know understand why Jollof rice is their national dish. I also tried the Nigerian coffee. Let me say I do NOT drink my coffee black. Well this coffee was very smooth and delicious and didn’t need anything added to it. The portions were great as well. 5/5 would recommend everyone to try this place.

I have been enjoying coming here once a week for the last 3 weeks. I keep getting the spicy tibs and they keep bringing me back. I know what I'm doing when I eat here and I am prepared to get my hands dirty :) Found out today that she serves fou fou as well, and I had been hoping to find somewhere to try it. So.... if she's open the week before christmas, I may find myself there for the 4th week in a row.

Just happened to be driving by this place and it caught my eye. Had to check it out. Sooooo good. The smells, the taste, the layers of flavor... Absolutely wonderful people. Already can't wait to go back to try new dishes. If you're reading reviews to try and decide whether or not to give it a try, you're wasting time. You should already be in the car on your way to the restaurant. 3 Weeks later. I wanted their food. I don't live in GP. Brought a table with me so I could enjoy their food in a normal experience. They brought a table out for me and even set up umbrellas. Amazing. There's heart and soul with their cooking and hospitality. Try their coffee. It's beyond wonderful. Never had something like that before. And the...
