Exceptional Service & Last-Minute Miracle! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Morganne and this bakery! Calling from Stony Plain - a full five hours away from Grand Prairie - I reached out just two days before my dad's birthday needing a cake and assorted cupcakes delivered. Not much notice at all, and being so far from there made me worried about finding someone I could trust. Instead of turning me away, Morganne was absolutely incredible. She took all my information with such care and attention to detail, and even offered to hand deliver everything herself! Her customer service was beyond sweet and considerate - she made what could have been a stressful situation completely effortless, especially knowing I couldn't be there myself. Within minutes, I had my receipt in hand and complete peace of mind. I have never been a fan of cupcakes until I tried OMG! cupcakes!There are several varieties to choose from as well as cookies,long johns and other baking.There is even a combo to get a drink for only a dollar with a cupcake.There is not too much icing,and if there was I could remove it which I never have because it’s delicious.My favourite is the carrot cake cupcake followed closely by the coconut cupcake.I’ve always had pleasant,prompt and polite service.The cupcakes I’ve had tasted fresh,were not dry or dense and had even texture and ingredients throughout.I don’t mind paying a little extra for thoughtfully well made,freshly prepared foods made with quality...

I have had a pretty absurd experience at the shop. I wanted to purchase dozen cupcakes and have packaged in two 6 packs because I wanted to give one half to my sister. It seemed like they were unable to comprehend that equation. They charged me for two half dozens which were $3 more expensive than purchasing a dozen cupcakes. I understand a 6 pack of cupcakes has its own price, but I thought I bought a dozen. Do not over charge a customer because you have to spend a dime on additional plastic container.
