so called and asked about 2 for 1 pasta , got 1 lasagna and 1 spagetti for $22, than asked about meatballs,( thought it came with but no thats extra!!dxtra garlic toast and extra cheese which brought my total to over $50 , wow to find out the break down is terrible $2.50 for each meatball( thought it came with the pasta) so $2.50 times 6(3 meatballs in each) plus $5.00 for each pastas extra cheese total $10 and $4 for each extra garlic toast x2!! will not be ordering frim here again to go from a $22 order and a few extra things over doubled the total to almost $50 How do they justify a few extra items to doubling your price!! Not much of a 2/1 deal so each pasta was over $25 what a complete joke!! Lost a customer right out of the gate here! will NEVER order from here again!!!Once I got order it was terrible , running watery pasta( clearly not strained) hardly any sauce, meatballs i paid extra for were very very dry, does not look like any extra cheese,and garlic toast was so dry ( dropped the bag on floor and garlic toast practically turned to dust they were so rock hard)!! not to mention look at the size of the garlic bread not even a real peice of bread clearly its a bagette slice! and the tiny meatballs are another joke!!Do yourself a favor and stay away from...

I have always loved the food here especially the Donair Pizza. I have been recommending this store to my friends, coworkers, and even my guests at the hotel I work for. However, I just had the worst customer and delivery service yesterday. When I phoned to place an order at 11:20am, the lady who answered wasn't really pleasant and was obviously rushing me to place my order. I was charged the regular price I usually pay plus standard delivery charge which is $6. After 30mins of placing my order, I got a call from the lady I talked to when I placed my order and told me that I have to pay additional $2.50 delivery charge as my workplace is "not within the city limit". Which I thought is ridiculous because I work just right across the Westgate Plaza. I told the lady that I will just pay for it so I can get my pizza as I only have 30mins lunch break. The pizza didn't came until 12:45PM and I only have 5 mins left on my break. I am definitely not going to recommend this pizza place especially to my guests as I am very appalled with the customer service I have...

Worst service. My uncle has allergies with Onions since childhood. We requested the medium pizza chicken half onion and half without onion but on the box there’s nothing written on that how come we know is half onion or half without onion and I called them and he was arguing with me and keep saying we made half onion and half without onion and there’s nothing written on the box and I ask him how do you know is it half onion or not and he said he can see the pizza but after that, he said the veggies is under on the base, we could not even see it it’s half onion or not. it’s a surprise.
