We went out for a friends birthday tonight, and let me tell you the customer service is terrible from our server (Terri) - We waited for over an hour for our food, and not once were we asked if we would like refills. She was rude & condescending when we simply asked her a simple question about the beer she was serving us. We had a friend show up, she was there almost an hour and our server didn't come one time to ask if she would like anything. We stayed for a few hours, and when we ran out of drinks or needed our bill, we had to find her. She was too busy flirting with all the men at the bar to worry about her other tables.

Honestly, I feel as if we could've walked out without paying, and she wouldn't have even noticed. That's how little she paid attention to our table.

The only good thing about tonight was the shuffleboard table.

This is the worst customer service experience that I've ever recieved. I've been here a bunch of times, but I'll be thinking twice before...

Dont know how anybody could come up with a review without saying absolute perfection! Ive come here 10 times minimum for the last couple years there pasta sauce is the richest ive ever have. I could go on and on about the food here but it would write a book on perfection. ill try to leave it short and sweet the food is the best restaurant ive had EVER had 15 years from across canada. The serving size is enormous, filling coming from a guy that has a huge appetite dont bother buying appys even if your hungry always a bad decision on my part. The price is point is amazing theres a reason ive come 10+ times coming from a hotel way down the rd that has a restaurant its because this place is amazing. Wish they would franchise so i could have it at home. Surly gods gift to the world. Staff is the most important to this operation always make you feel at home 100% family run...

Sat myself and was greeted promptly despite a busy lunch service. Asked about Fish n Chips that was immediately endorsed by my server. Reasonable wait time for the meal. Fish batter was slightly doughy (which i didn't mind), however, did not lack good taste. Fries are obviously fresh cut and not frozen. Coleslaw was exceptionally delicious. I was pleasantly surprised that the meal was accompanied by sufficient appropriate condiments such as tarter sauce and gravy, as I usually have to ask for additional. Noticed that server did not return during the meal to inquire as to my satisfaction, although I had no further requirements or concerns. Very reasonably priced considering quality and quantity of food. Total visit time was about 45 minutes, including my leisurely meal consumption. Will return if my travels provide the...
