Blonde , older female bartender was so rude , made passive aggressive comments toward me and my friends the entire night. Her service was awful, she was barely around to take orders and also just assumed change left over from cash payments was hers to keep without even offering it back. She accused us of “running off” thus this is why she didn’t give us the change when at least one member of our group was seated at the bar at all times and the place wasn’t crowded. It was pouring rain so my friends had stepped out for a smoke and lit their joint near the doorway as it was the only space they could light it, and proceeded to smoke away from the doorway. I went to step out for a smoke after them and was berated by the same bartender for “smoking right by the door” even though again, it was raining , and the bar was basically empty and the entrance is FAR away from where ANYONE was sitting , long story short the smoke was NOT drifting in as she was complaining it was. Overall the place was a good vibe - minus her ruining it for my friends and I. My advice to her would be if you hate your job that much, just quit. No one is forcing you to stay and work...

Me and my boyfriend just happened to be in the area and this was the first bar we noticed. Coming in, the wall color looked a bit on the outdated end, but maybe that's just me. We sat by a large window, and the rest of the place looked dark in comparison, kind of a dungeon like feeling (sorry, I don't mean to be rude). We had an AMAZING server, Jackie (hope I spelled that right) and she was super sweet and incredibly accommodating, as well as fast. As we left, we kinda felt like we made a new friend. The food was really good as well. I had a small Caesar salad (I eat like a bird), and a Caesar drink, I was ID'd but I take it as a compliment :) The Caesar was one of, if not, the best Caesar drink I have ever had! The chairs had cracks in them, which made me question our choice of food joint, but they were above and beyond! Definitely recommend. We didn't go during karaoke or dinner rush or anything like that so there were only about 2 other customers, but that was okay with us, we usually prefer a quieter atmosphere anyway.

Extra Extra...

I don't leave reviews but I will here. We went to meet a group of friends here on a karaoke night and arrived before them. We found it to be cozy to start and approached the bar to order drinks as they don't have a server where the drink my mom got was still wrong after clarifying twice as well as the change given was wrong to start. Which happens.

Once I got my drink I went to pay and accidently hit the wrong button which timed out the machine at which point I was told "next time cash only, you are wasting my time"

This completely killed our experience. Our group featured at least one bartender who was absolutely appalled that this had occurred. We were made to feel that we weren't important as customers.

I won't even get started at paying 7.50 for drinks that aren't even standard size. My glass for a pint was...

What a weird place, the Karaoke host and bartender acted like it was their personal concert, the bartender even felt the need to critique a patrons singing after he got to sing in the middle of their concert, then the karaoke host(creepy guy with a top hat) felt the need to grab a second mic while someone was singing and make it a duet (unprovoked, picture provided) and even when I sang decided to sing along super loud beside me. The drinks are way over priced and the atmosphere is soooo bad. Worst bar ever. This place sucks.

Solid karaoke joint with a loyal local vibe. Great sound system, an easy-to-use setup, and a song list that covers all the bases, from classics to guilty pleasures. Staff were fun and fast, keeping the drinks flowing without pressure. Food was surprisingly solid for a karaoke bar, hot, quick, and hits the spot. If you’re looking for an unpretentious night of singing, laughing, and cheap drinks, Rosie’s nails it.

A crazy dive just off whyte. I had an OK time here but buy is it interesting. The denizens of this establishment are quite the clan. Beer was cheap for a reason, washrooms were weirdly locked, i don't want to know how long that candy has been there. Owner seems kinda crazy.
