I believe this is a chain restaurant. Employees couldn’t really tell me for some reason or confirm but all good. I, like many people, find food places on instagram to try. When i showed the employees of a picture from their instagram of a specific bubble tea or drink they said they knew what it was but when i received the drink, it looked nothing like the picture. What they did make me was ok it was the black grapes with cream cheese foam. It would not have been my first choice but it was what was given to me and i liked it, my brother chose the mr.mango and he said it was good as well. For those that have never had the cream cheese foam its a very subtle cream cheese taste. I have had the cream cheese foam from other bubble tea places and prefer it from other places rather than Heeretea. Overall, i liked the aesthetics of this place. Plenty of places to sit at compared to other bubble tea cafes and a comprehensive menu. Parking can be tricky but i found parking no problem on a weekend. This place definitely warrants another visit from me and to try out their other items. Try it for yourself.

Very dissatisfied with the service. I got into some confusion about a specific drink, and rather than being helped, I was blamed! I ordered through a phone call and wanted the special drink on the sign but I wasn’t sure what the name of it was. When I got there, turns out they made me the ‘yakult’ drink and not the yogurt drink. They told me I would have to pay extra for them to remake the drink, which was alright with me, but the way they said it sounded extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming. I told them I couldn’t tell what the drink was because their menu had no pictures on it. They proceeded to tell me that I should’ve scanned their QR code, which I responded saying that they couldn’t assume that I would know they had a QR code. Then, a lady working in the back decided to join in, telling me “we aren’t assuming anything” which was unprofessional as she did not understand the context. I enjoy the drinks that are made here, but the service extremely disappointed...

Ok so really great experience. I came in and ordered a coffee drink and a cheese strawberry drink. I ended up changing my mind and said i would pay more to upgrade my second coffee drink to the cheese strawberry one and they did it for free. I already had my card out to pay more and they hooked me up. I will say that the nice lady didn’t speak English very well and that she didn’t really describe all the products because she probably didn’t have the best vocabulary but this is Canada and that’s what we are about so I’m not rating her lower for that. The only reason I am giving it one star Lower than perfect is because I DIDN’T KNOW YOU WHERE SUPPOSED TO MIX IT. And drank half the drink with no sweetness and the rest was to sweet and no one told me.

Just to note, my favourite place is dream tea. I think they have it down but the cups here are so nice they are almost reusable and the branding is HIGH CLASS. Great job thanks for the Drinks ! I’ll give...

I recently visited Heeretea and tried their CrĂšme BrĂ»lĂ©e Special Bubble Tea—a delightful and indulgent drink I highly recommend. The blend of rich caramel, creamy milk, and chewy tapioca pearls was perfectly balanced and incredibly satisfying. The staff were polite and welcoming, creating a warm and positive experience from the moment I walked in. The interior design is modern and thoughtfully arranged, with a spacious and clean layout that includes cozy seating and even a small clothing section, giving the space a unique, multi-functional vibe. Whether you’re grabbing a quick treat or looking to relax with friends, Heeretea is an excellent choice. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Very long wait for both ordering and waiting for drinks to be made, even though there wasn't a long line at all. From entering to leaving was about 25 minutes total. We ordered a Mr. Mango, which ended up only being just a few pieces of mango unmixed in a lot of soy(?) milk (with added Boba), and a Super Fruits Tea, which had very little tea and was mostly one large piece of watermelon taking up most of the space, as you can see in this photo. Wouldn't return due to long wait and disappointing drinks, although the decor was cute.
