For the most part, I have no issues with this store. However, there's 2 things I'd like to point out. When I discovered the red velvet cake here, I came back 3 days(evenings) in a row to buy it. But it wasnt until ny 4th visit in the morning to grab a tea before going to work that the lady told me about the rewards card. Okay, I came in 3 days in a row and was served by the same barista and not told about the rewards I was missing out on. 😐 Second thing yesterday I went in for a slice of the red velvet cake to go. I get home and this cake slice that is so stale, it was hard like a rock, I don't know why I was even served this piece of rock that should have never been in the store in the first place, nevermind been served to a paying customer!
