I don't normally make negative reviews because I will just make the choice not to go back to the company or base my experience off of extenuating circumstances. Today was the second time I have been to this location since it opened. I called in a pick up order around 9:30 AM (not too long after they opened), the lady who answered my call was super amazing! Kind, courteous, and efficient. I like how she read my order back to me to make sure nothing was missed. I arrived a few moments later to pick up my order, I assume the same lady on the phone greeted me as she called me by name and order when I said "hello, im here to pick up an order". I also observed the other lady begin packing my order as I walked in the door. This is why I gave 4 stars as the service I received was top notch! I was however very sad to have paid nearly $50 for 2 simple meals that were not good at all. The bread for my toast and husband's sandwich was stale, there were so many paper thin green onions on my breakie bowl that I thought it was lettuce and the hollandaise sauce tasted very sour. I felt very sick after eating 3 bites and had to throw it out. I did receive the sauce on the side as asked but was very sad that I literally had to throw out nearly $50 in food. This $50 didn't include a tip either as I didn't see a tip option and went through paying so fast. I apologized to the server for not leaving a tip and she was so nice about it. I wish my entire bill went to the servers because that's the only great part of my experience. I hope this was a mishap and not a regular occurrence with the food. I don't see this restaurant lasting long if that's the case. To the ladies working today, thank you for being so nice. Ill try to come back one day in hopes the food is better and tip you extra as...
Read moreWaitress is super friendly ! Food is plenty I don't like that if your on a carnivore there's no substitution for bread and tomatoes peppers etc o mean at twenty bucks a plate whats the difference between me getting mushroom instead of green peppers ?tomatoes toast hashbrowns salsa ? I mean I'm also a senior and I had to give half my plate of food away as I can't eat a full meal!? The waitress was kind but extremely loud and embarrassing asking us if I wrote this review I mean it's not her business I gave her ample times to fix my bill but she just wanted to tell me I had mushrooms instead of the other 5 items they charge 4$ for toast and 4$ for hash browns ???? Wow really I can not eat those items due to my diet ! Really so this is the whole restaurants business ? Not as far as I'm concerned I mean I decided if I'm paying for 9$ worth of items I did not want I'd take them home for my granddaughter or a homeless person correct. I was not telling her I did this review when they were cooking hashbrowns and toast ! Does anybody blame me? So yes it was me and you really need to think about treating your tipping costumers that had over $80 00 for a senior a teenager and two adults I am so un impressed! But I still tipped you not the normal 25% you Recieved 10% and I won't be...
Read moreRicky’s Millcreek opened in my neighborhood- much awaited! I have eaten here 7 or 8 times now with friends.
The wait-staff are always quick, helpful and friendly and remember us, making us feel welcomed and valued, especially Cindy!
Overall, everyone I’ve been with have always enjoyed their meals, with just 3 issues: no candied walnuts last week in a salad as they had just run out and today the staff remembered to reassure that customer there would definitely be some next time; I had ordered waffles once and although they looked well-cooked, were cold on the inside (this was corrected and I was assured they are freshly griddled) Tomato and bacon were left out of grilled cheese. Since the customer didn’t say anything until they were finished eating, nothing was done about it. But a week later, the staff remembered her and the incident and apologized again.
One suggestion I would make is to install power door openers on 2 or 3 doors to make it easier for the seniors and people using mobility aids.
I will...
