Pinchman's — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

Rude. I ordered a cake and it was covered in nuts so I asked for no nuts when I ordered the same cake a 2nd time. The guy on the phone was rude about it and said there's never nuts on this cake and I was wrong.

I ordered the exact same cake both times, the 1st cake was completely different from the 2nd cake. Either I was given the wrong cake the 1st time or the 2nd time (probably 1st time since it had nuts on it) but they were completely different and I'm 1000% sure I ordered the exact same cake both times. First time here! They didn’t have the sandwich I had originally wanted, which may have been a blessing in disguise, because the one the employee recommended (some kind of chicken/pesto/grilled cheese) was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The employee was very friendly, and service was quick despite it being rather busy. Plenty of seating and parking which is very important. Went in with my 6 year old while waiting for an appointment. I asked her what she wanted she told me bread. I bought an overpriced loaf of Light Rye. Was told they would not cut me a slice off the loaf I just paid for. They offered to let me use a butter knife. When I asked again I was told it was "restaurant policy" not to slice loaves in any way. The 3 young servers rolled their eyes at me and acted like elitist little socialites. 26$ for a loaf of bread, a croissant and an empanada. Service was abysmal. Shame on these...
