Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

Ordered a raptor slice. Was told 15 min wait. We sat patiently in the store for well over 15 minutes as 30 minutes passed, the employee comes up and Saya 5 to 6 more minutes. We say okay, another 15 minutes pass and he comes up and says 5 more minutes. This entire time we watched several other people come that looked to be their friends go in and all getting served quickly and leaving with their food while we waited on 1 slice. We asked why it was taking so long when he said 15mins. He's said he didn't go back and look. Qe said we've waited an hour now in total and the employee just said "I wasnt here" we asked for a manager the employee said "there's no manager in the store right now" maybe thats the problem.i tried to get a refund which should have been 23.98 which i paid debit. he tried to give me $20 cash to which I showed I paid 23.98 on my online banking. Terrible terrible service. Left without food, and having to force them to...

Went in at lunch time today to get the deal 2 slices for 6 dollars (pepperoni or cheese) ...there was no one in the store waiting or in front of me the plaza wasn't busy either... ask the server for the deal he tells me we have no pepperoni pizza and only one slice of cheese pizza.... The 2 most easy pizzas and likely most popular super quick to make cause they are BASIC... and doesn't say we currently have one in the oven do you want to wait 5 minutes and I can help you out or actually I can whip one up quick if you don't mind waiting ... no solutions just LAZINESS ...not even a sorry either ... what kind of standard of customer service are you trying to offer? ...just wondering... why offer a deal and have it posted on your front window if you can't come through with it ... you're a pizza business if you are low on your most popular pizzas and it's early in the day make more...

Went in to order two $5.95 combos and another slice of pizza ($4.50), a worker from the back came up speaking on the phone as I was ordering and trying to talk to the worker that was taking my order, ended up being charged $25 and some change because the workers couldn’t punch in the orders right. At one point the total came up to $36 on the screen and I had to mention on multiple occasions that what was being shown was not what I was ordering. Once I got my order they were short one of the dips and I mentioned that I had ordered 3 and the response was ‘i charged you for two, I’ll give you the third free’ as if he didn’t already over charge me.If you’re going to have workers who don’t know how to use the cash register working, atleast have someone who knows how to work the cash correctly on shift at...
