Good experience with the ice creams. I really hope they put on rates for their ice cream cups. You never know what they cost for small to x'large cups. They must mention on their board or something. Also, about toppings, they don't have interesting toppings, there must be variety in toppings. I found that the staff was their to do their shifts only, not to assist people or say they were not really making any effort to help people in choosing or selecting what could be good. I am not saying that they should tell people what to eat, its just that a little assistance and dedication can make them and their shop look good. Ice creams are good here. You just have to ask a lot of questions to buy one. Good luck getting...

Surfaces were dirty, bottles of topping sauces looked old and crusty, topping themselves looked like they've been sitting in their containers for ages. My husband and I ordered two large bowls which came to a whopping $20, the bowls were not even full to the top, only about 3/4s, toppings tasted old and stale, the ice cream itself was just okay despite basically being a soup because it was already melted in the bowl when it was served. Nothing at all like it used to be. I wish I would have taken photos but we just ate it bitterly and wished we just went literally anywhere else for ice cream instead. Dont waste...

The most disgusting experience. We purchased our ice cream....walked out the door and threw it straight into the garbage. 15$ for 2 single scoops in a cup. The service from the one employee was absolutely atrocious with the way she served us. Unkept counter tops, glass so dirty you could hardly see through it. The spoons were in a communal container that was gross. When it came to paying the one server walked to the cash, cashed us out and went right back to handling people's food without washing her hands or putting gloves on. We drove 2o minutes just to toss our purchase...
