Presotea — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

Ordered and paid on Presotea app as when I pulled into parking lot it was packed ( line going out the door) Waited for 20 minutes in vehicle as confirmation email advised would be ready in 20. When I got into the store I asked the cashier where I would pick up a mobile order and he advised they aren’t taking any. I replied by saying I used the app and it took my money? He said when he has time later he will decline the order and I should get a refund and told me corporate set them up for mobile order but they aren’t accepting them right now.. needless to say I walked out with a drink as I was pretty upset and didn’t feel like waiting another 10-15 mins in store. A simple post on the Facebook page advising not to use mobile order at this time would of been nice! As from what the cashier told me I am not the first one to do this and it has been going on...

Ain't no chatime. But will take it as it's the only legit place in Sudbury to get any decent BBT. Service was very slow but they were slammed. More people waiting for drinks than in line to order for drinks.

My BBT was unfortunately nothing like the advertised picture. You need to put the brown sugar syrup along the interior of the cup before putting the tea inside. Otherwise it's essentially just a milk tea. I wanna see that thick brown sugar syrup!

Bubbles were a bit undercooked as well. A bit firm and chewy on the inside. For a $7 drink, this was executed poorly. Willing to try again as it's our only option. Otherwise, I'll just stick to your...

Absolutely loved it was waiting since long to visit here They have a great selection of drinks, always busy but serve you quickly

The staff were nice the girl who took my order helped me to order but I don’t know why some of the staff were looking at me like I am an alien when I was taking photos for my Instagram and google.

Instead if they would have concentrated in their jobs so it would be more helpful and good for everyone as MY and the person ordered along with me both of our drinks were NOT PACKED PROPERLY. Had to ask them to REDO it as it was LEAKING.
