Not sure if the person called Manthan, probably the manager of the store, is one of them, or has only met and dealt with cheapsters who come to his store to get refunds on a Saturday morning at 11 AM. We needed a veggie Pattie added to order, might have been a miscommunication from our side, but he guy came with a rude straight face making us feel like we are here to get a refund, however we were going to pay for the extra Pattie. Not sure how such a manager would have trained his employees, he clearly said that he does not care about us leaving a bad review when we said that we are going to leave you a review. The guy needs to be retrained, and this time with special emphasis on how to deal with customers not looking at them as someone who is here to loot his store. I was very clear that the person bc infront of me was getting a rice bowl, and i was just getting a salad with ham. the person working put the rice on my salad. Through out this whole process the staff was very rude. I explain how i don't have time to wait for another salad to be made because i needed to go back to work. I ended up eating the salad that had rice on it with chicken and bacon and they refused to give me the ham. I had to ask to get a discount because they never offered and only go 10% off. I ordered and went to the store after like 10-15 mints and they had some customers I understand it can be a little busy at times but still 15 mints after and I had to wait 10 more mints.
