Pita Pit — Restaurant in Greenwood

I gave food a ONE due to food poisoning - unfortunately I ate there for the first time Thursday at lunch, by the time I got home 4 hours later I was extremely sick - I couldn’t even get out of bed all day yesterday - I’ve never had food poisoning before and I hope I never get it again, it was horrible and I’m still weak today. The food handling and throwing out food that is past it’s time needs to be retaught obviously. With regard to service, no one spoke much English so it was difficult to understand their menu and they couldn’t u understand my questions. Their menu is different from other franchises but either way, after getting so sick after eating their food, I’ll never eat there...

The prices are steep for what you get. The reason they get a 2 star is because the rice bowl lid fell on the floor and sat there for a full muinet, then the guy behind the counter picked it up, placed it under my bowl and was going to use if to cover my food. I had to ask him to get a new lid. Should never have happened. If that's what happens in front of a customer, I fear a bit of what goes on...

I had such a wonderful experience at Pita Pita! The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. What really stood out to me was the service.
