ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

My friends and I decided to stop in here to get a bite to eat one evening about a week ago. After I had placed my order, the disgruntled chap who took my order, informed us that they would be closing the restaurant in 40 minutes, and we would have to leave by then.

I use to work in a restaurant, and the employees leave when the guests are finished and ready to leave. Even if it's after your posted closing time (within reason). But if the staff has to leave an extra 5 minutes after their scheduled finish time, sorry about your luck on that buckaroo.

Who takes 40 minutes to eat a burger and fries?! Announcing that you're closing in 40 minutes is as ridiculous and redundant as telling a guest when they walk in after you first open the doors, at the start of a new day, that you will be closing in 8 hours. We literally ate our food, cleaned up our mess and we're out the door in 10 minutes.

The point is, it makes people feel unwelcome and put off by telling them you're closing with so much time left to sit down and enjoy their meal.

Oh, and another nice touch was having someone mop the floor around you while we ate, slopping a dirty wet mop on your shoes, thanks for that!

Teach your staff...

I have been to this location twice now and both times I’ve seen the workers do things that just gross me out. The first time I went I watched the young later at the front wipe her nose with her hand then continue to bag the drive thru order without washing her hands. The last time I went was this past weekend and while waiting for my food I watch the cook in the back put raw meat in the grill with his bare hands, which would be fine but he didn’t wash his hands after. He took a dry paper towel and wiped his hands with it then went and started making orders again with his bare hands that weren’t washed… I went up to the counter and told the cashier and asked her to get him to wash his hands and re make the food that was contaminated with raw meat. Safe to say I won’t be coming back to this...

I have tried this location twice and each time it's been far from a good experience. First visit place my order and I am.passed the bag...no burger in the bag. Seriously how do you forget to place the burger in the bag. I drive back and not even a sorry. The guy made me feel like I was being an inconvenience to him. I was one of three cars and they swamped. I could not imagine how slow it must be a rush hours. Slow service is bad enough add to that unprofessional staff and forgetting to give items paid for unacceptable..second visit tonight. Order and this time no drink. They did give a straw which means they know I had a drink. I didn't go back this time. I don't know what is so difficult. This location seems to lack the ability to give you all of your order. It's painfully slow. I...
