After a trip to spain, I was on a mission to find Oro Bailen Olive Oil Picual. I sampled local ones but they were not the right taste. Coming across their website, and trying it on a whim. I have been ordering from them regularly ever since. I love the oro bailen picual on salads with flavored salts. Making eggs. Mmm something else. I have tried many of their other flavored oils, and they have recommended many balsamic vinegars to accompany them. They have sent me many samples to try, that have now become regular items in my orders. All the bottles are well packaged in bubble wrap and shipped express. Persian Lime Olive oil has been a good addition for making ghorma sabzi.

Edit: Butter infused olive oil is amazing! All the flavors and smell of butter with less calories. Baklouti green chili is an amazing topper on mash potatoes or veggies. Probably on more stuff I've yet to try. Wild mushroom and sage has such a nice aroma. It is a great addiction on finishing rice and pasta when i didn't have any fresh mushrooms for the recipe. It adds so much flavor.

We love this store. We were excited that Guelph was to be getting an EVOO and Balsamic store as we've been to similar offerings in Stratford, St. Jacob's, etc. They have not disappointed us! We love their selection of straight olive oils. We buy a new one each time we're in. We also love their fused and infused olive oils (vegan 'butter' olive oil is our new favourite way to season popcorn and veggies). We also love their flavoured balsamics but tend the the white fruity ones as we really enjoy adding a splash to sparkling water. The owners are very knowledgeable. This is the BEST olive oil and balsamic shop. The owners are so friendly, passionate, and care not only about giving you the best product at a reasonable price, but it is natural and very healthy. I didn't know what Olive Oil and Balsamic is supposed to taste like until we found ourselves in Guelph on a random day trip from Toronto 3 years ago, we were completely blown away - olive oil that tastes like olives - imagine that!
