I just stopped by your shop about 10 minutes ago. I thought I could let this go but I feel like I have to say something.
When I made my order - your register had a drink of the month as Grapefruit Mango for $4.50, great. Thats what I ordered along with a number 1 for my girlfriend.
Upon receiving my order I came back into the store to ask why my drink was different. At this time all three of the gentleman working at the time looked ready for me to make my return to ask about the drink - like they were ready and waiting for me to come back knowing I would say something about the drink.
How do I know this? When I asked why I got chocolate malt with pudding, this is not what I had ordered. One of the guys had a piece of paper ready to show me the drink special has changed...2 MONTHS ago!
Normally I would be understanding but this didn't sit well with me. None of the guys confirmed my order when I said drink of the month thinking it was the Grapefruit Mango that was clearly displayed on the screen at the register. None of the guys offered to remake my drink or address the issue. All I got was the Grapefruit Mango special was over 2 months ago.

Read moreOverall the tea is good and the best in Guelph but the last 3 times the loyalty program has failed or I'm just getting ripped off. I had a(have) free drink on my account but the last 4 times I've gone, the employees wouldn't acknowledge it and I end up paying for my drinks. I forget I have a free drink until I have my total and I'm about ready to tap to pay. When I go, I buy 2,one for me and one for my gf and we go at least once a week. The screen where you put your number shows free drink but then the cashier has now twice insisted i have only 1 more to buy before I get a free drink and that their point system is confusing. I called her out on her BS excuses and she couldn't say anything back except just flat out ignore me... the other 2 times they wouldn't even acknowledge it says free drink and charge me for both and say claim it next time. I don't know if my points rolls over automatically or if they accumulate but it's probably a scam at this point. Why even offer a loyalty program if you can't or won't honor it? You should have the ability to log in and see your points on an app or even online at...
Read moreI have been enjoying going to this place since it opened in Guelph. It's usually not busy, unless it's later in the day on the weekends. It allows 3 customers max in the store, which is a good practice during COVID. There are just a few things I'm not completely satisfied with: There are a couple of ingredients (sago is one of them) that they haven't had for a long while Sometimes when I ordered pudding as an add-on, they forgot to add it to my bubble tea (although it was added to my bill and shown on the sticker of my drink) The loyalty program is not promoted by the staff (unlike the PC program next door). Every time you order, you need to punch in your phone number on the side machine to get 1 point. For every 10 points you will get a free drink. And you need to tell them when you reach that point to redeem it.
Despite these things, I still recommend you to visit this shop for bubble...
