This location lost a loyal customer last night. I ordered a pizza online and chose paymrbt option that included a gift card since i was going to be paying with a gift card. When the driver showed up, she was annoyed that i had a gift card and accused me of not stating that when i ordered. I had chosen the appropriate option and here i was being told that i hadnt and "how can the drivers know, you should have put it in the notes" i said to take the pizza back then if this was an issue and she said she would try the machine anywayd while shaking her head at me. It didnt work and she said to keep the pizza and she would come back later. I wasnt going to wait around all night so i taped the gift card to my door and called dominoes to tell them it was there. A little while later, i get a text message to come to the door for the driver, i had to reply thaf i had informed them already that the card was on the door. Very frustrating. I couldnt possibly enjoy the pizza after the service i got so the cat ate it. I wont be ordering again from there. Speaking to my co worker, he told me he had the same experience with the same location and was also told he should have put directions to his address in the notes when they had trouble finding student residence.

I was a complete idiot when ordering from here on UberEats and subsequently cancelling my order when there was no driver available. I did not realize that there would be no refund since they were so quick to start my order (a really good issue to have LOL). After missing a phonecall and somehow a delivery to the house, I ordered again through their website. Once realizing there was so refund in my account, I called and was walked through everything wonderfully!!
The manager (I presume) had the amazing driver bring the cancelled UberEats pizza AND my other order at a discounted price.
Everyone was incredibly friendly and understanding despite my idiocy (which Iām sure was majorly inconvenient) and more than kind for the discount.
Now the whole house is happily enjoying some delicious pizza and I canāt be grateful enough after...
