First off I love this locations food, but tonight was something else. It should never take 2.5 hours to get your complete order. I ordered a panzerotti, cheese bread and 3 marinara dips. I placed my order at 5:15 and got a confirmation email saying it would be 45-50 min. At 6:25 and no order i decided to call. They tell me it says i placed my order to be here at 6:20, which completely contradicts the confirmation email i got. So they call the store and assure me that someone is on the way and that my oder will be free. When the driver gets here, now 6:40 he has no idea that my order is supposed to be free. He calls his boss and they agree that its free and i insist on tipping him for his time anyways. So as we do that i check to make sure my dips are there and of course they are not. He offers me other dips but not what i ordered, so he again calls his boss and puts him on the phone with me and he also offers me other dips. Im so upset at this point, i tell him i want the driver to come back with my proper dips. So i wait 30 minutes, (its a 10 min drive) still no dips, i call customer service again and they say they should be here any minute now. I wait another 20 minutes and call again, they yet again say they should be here any minute. 20 minutes later my dips arrive. Message I sent on messenger that was originally replied to, but no follow-up once I provided my number as well as the number that was used to call and yell at me. Hello. I wanted to reach out to you because I am very disappointed and upset with my experience last week. I used to order from the Guelph Silvercreek location alot up until late last year. Decided to try again at the end of July because the pizza does have an amazing taste, it just doesn't arrive hot so I have to cook it in my oven immediately upon arrival. At my 6th recent order the pizza came mushy and completely undercooked which I received a replacement for. My order on August 20th arrived with hardly any cheese on the pizza. Called customer service and was offered a $5 credit. I called customer service on August 23rd to use the credit which seemed to be ok. After about 30 minutes I received a call from a man who screamed at me and said that I was never allowed to order again. He accused me of only wanting the credit when this order was bigger than the previous. I refused the pizza when it arrived because I wasn't going to pay to be treated like that. Checked them before walking out, the toppings were thrown on after the pizza was baked, obviously forgot to put them on beforehand. The double cheese on the second was so overdone it was dark and really crisp. They offered to make another. We waited another 20 min. I asked if the pizza was thin crust and easy on sauce, I could see the gentleman get a little flustered as he spoke with the person that prepared it. I got it home and once again noticed they had made it wrong. I left a message with customer service who asked the store to call me. The young girl who took my order spoke with me. When I expressed my disappointment, she merely said sorry. I asked to speak with the manager who was in the background, but she spoke for him. I asked for a store credit and they said no.
