Now our 5lb bag of Red Eye to Rome shows up right on time and we are never out. The Prohibition roasts are great when you are looking for that morning pick me up with an evening flavour. The Peaberry has a nice fruity blueberry profile that goes very well with the Sunday pancakes. Whenever asked by friends and family as to what I suggest as the first order, it’s always the sampler at a minimum for the full experience. They also have some great coffee tools and gear. I love that you can grab everything you need for a pour over or even a really cool stirring spoon of the French press is more your style.

My wife and I use to get up on Saturday mornings, hung over from a long night obviously, we use to fire up the flavoured water maker (Keurig) and proceed to drink this flavourless excuse for coffee. This was the start of many arguments and a few punches thrown (you’ll be happy to know, I’m recovering well from the last time I didn’t listen because she wasn’t fully awake that morning due to the lack of caffeine.
It wasn’t until we decided to get the French Press and the Lost Aviator Dark roast that my wife finally is awake enough in the morning to not blame me for everything.
