Subway — Restaurant in Guelph

Worst Subway ever! Ordered 3 footlong subs around midnight for my family after a very long day. The onions in all of them seemed to be kept there for longer than they were required to be. Smelled rotten and tasted really bad. Threw all of them after having a bite. Called the location to speak to a manager or owner but none were available. Staff mentioned owner would call back the next day. Called again the next day and owner is out of town. No call yet from the store and probably worst customer service. NOT GREAT. MAKE SURE NOT TO GET THE SUPERVISOR. CHATS UP & HITS ON DARK WOMEN, TELLING THEM ABOUT INDIA & TAKES ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD. THEN HURRIES THE OTHER CUSTOMERS & HAS ZERO TO SAY. NOT FRIENDLY & GIVES SUBWAY A BAD NAME. WATCH FOR FRUIT FLIES TOO. BAD AT THIS PLACE. THEY NEVER COVER ANYTHING. BASICALLY, GO TO ANY OTHER SUB SHOP IN GUELPH OR EVEN MR SUB. THEY ARE AWESOME. one employee, alicia, is incredibly unprofessional. everytime i’m in there she makes some sort of incredibly uncomfortable joke to me, other customers, or her coworkers. i heard her tell an employee he deserved to be assaulted. she also has been very rude to delivery drivers with accents who have difficulties pronouncing the names on the orders, as if it’s their fault. she has a horrible attitude and really needs to work on her customer service. every time i go in and see her i debate...
