This was, without question, the worst McDonald’s dining experience I have ever had. I was served a hamburger with a visibly burnt bun. When I brought it to the attention of Manager W and politely requested a replacement, I opened the burger to clearly show the issue. Shockingly, his first response was, “What’s the problem?”—a dismissive and unprofessional reaction that clearly demonstrated a complete lack of training and customer service awareness. I asked Manager W whether this was his personal standard or the standard upheld by McDonald’s as a global brand. Astonishingly, he returned with another burnt bun and stated, “We are all like this here.” This is completely unacceptable. McDonald’s is a company that prides itself on quality and consistency, yet the experience I had—with both the product and the attitude of the management—was far below even the most basic expectations. Manager W’s behavior and disregard for quality standards reflect extremely poorly on your brand. Immediate attention and corrective action are not only warranted—they are necessary.

To my surprise, upon peering through the window, I observed an employee inside— an Asian male. However, he appeared to be inactive, and I couldn’t discern the reason for his lack of engagement. Considering that your McDonald’s is advertised as a 24-hour establishment, I expected a more responsive and efficient service. I kindly request that you address this matter promptly by ensuring that willing and active staff members are scheduled for night shifts. This is crucial to prevent inconvenience for customers like myself who rely on your services during unconventional hours. I appreciate your attention to this concern and anticipate improvements in the service quality of your store.

I don't often review places, but McDonalds in Larry Uteck was just too rich to pass up. They've won the 'Slowest McDonalds in Atlantic Canada' award for the past 3 years straight! Very impressive if you ask me!! But really. Just don't go here. Bedford McDoanlds is a little bit further but you'll be happy you made the trip. The wait time in Larry Uteck is 20+ mins, the food is always wrong, the staff is always interacting with each other more than with customers, it's disgustingly dirty at times, and it's the local hangout for teenagers at night (staff included). The attached photo should sum it up. Went and grabbed a coffee this morning. Took 21 minutes to get. All these people were waiting as well. Just close this location already.

I don't often review places, but McDonalds in Larry Uteck was just too rich to pass up. They've won the 'Slowest McDonalds in Atlantic Canada' award for the past 3 years straight! Very impressive if you ask me!! But really. Just don't go here. Bedford McDoanlds is a little bit further but you'll be happy you made the trip. The wait time in Larry Uteck is 20+ mins, the food is always wrong, the staff is always interacting with each other more than with customers, it's disgustingly dirty at times, and it's the local hangout for teenagers at night (staff included). I’m so sorry to leave a negative review but I’ve had several problems with this location. They have given me my order wrong, which is usually only a couple egg & cheese McMuffins, every single time I’ve gone there which has been only three times (I know I should’ve learned after the second time lol but it’s the closest one to my house).… despite my best efforts of very concisely & clearly (but kindly) asking for only egg & cheese on my egg & cheese McMuffins, they then repeat it correctly and I go on my merry way, but when I receive it, it still comes with a ham patty on it for some reason. When I have come back to try and have the problem solved with the egg McMuffin’s & receipt still in the bag, they a have been very rude & reluctant to give me a refund or even remake my order every single time, even though I’m vegetarian & just don’t eat meat. I work in customer service at a fast food place too so I understand the struggle & I’m very patient regardless, however, the employees working there are just mean for some reason. Last time I went, not only was my order wrong but they also tried to charge me twice through the drive thru. I went through the first window, payed, and then to the next where they tried to charge me again. I found out they had actually charged me for another persons order that was more expensive. I wasn’t paying attention to the amount when I was charged at the first window because she said my order, so I didn’t think to question it. I had to then show them my bank account to prove I payed for it, because they refused to ask the person who charged me if I payed for it. After showing my bank account three times to two different people they finally believed me. It then took them 15 minutes to give me a refund & charge me the correct amount I owed. To make it worse, there had been a long line of people I and everyone else was waiting in prior & now the people who were behind me had to wait even longer. I felt terrible, & wish I could have just been able to drive off into the sunset, eating my egg & cheese McMuffin. This location has rude employees who have little to no customer...

I find this to be one of the slowest and most inconsistent McDonalds in the area. Wait times are often significantly higher for the drive thru than other experiences I have had, especially after 10pm, seems understaffed. This understaffing seems to have an impact on quality as well. There are mistakes with my order more often than they get it right. I have experienced coffee grinds in my Iced Coffee, inaccurate toppings on burgers when I get them (I ask for no pickles/no onions are they fail most times), improper pricing (Had a worker and then a manager fight with me when their sign advertised $1 coffees after dollar drinks had ended... Update you sign?), Fries are rarely hot and salty (maybe 1 in 4 of my visits have good fries). All in all it is pretty bad as far as McDonalds goes, really hope they increase their staffing levels and so some training on quality control.

There appears to have been some improvement here over the past year but it is still very sub par. The fact they advertise this place as 24h is a bit of a joke. For kicks one evening I patiently tested out their drive thru after 10pm. I waited at the order screen for 14 minutes before someone acknowledged I was there. They then asked me to please wait a few moments... Lul. After they took my order I then sat at the pickup window for an additional 11 minutes, at which point the window opened and a bag was thrust in my face and then the window closed. Not a word was said to me despite it taking over 30 minutes for me to get my McDonald's when I was literally the only customer at the store. Still sooo much work to do on...

My Wife and my 3 years old grandson were at this location around 2pm, my grandson ordered a kids meal, then when he started to eat, he fell ill, my wife though he was going to pass out, suddenly he vomited all over him and her, then curled up in one of the chairs very tired and weak, all this, while my grandson was vomiting, my wife called one of the employees, which showed up 10 MINUTES later with paper towels, then he left, not even asking if the kid was ok. One of the customer sitting beside her that saw what happened, went to the counter and explained the situation (Thank you Customer), but no action was taken to help, My wife had to call the child's father to come over, in the meantime all personnel was chatting and like nothing had happened, the father came, with some clean clothes. After 45 MINUTES that this episode lasted, NO ONE from this place came to see what happened or see if the child needed any help. She spoke with one of the "assistants" with no avail or explanation to their employees attitudes. This shows how much this place cares for their customers, I,myself go there at least twice a week. It could have been any of you readers who had a health crisis and believe me NO ONE in that place will help. Shame on the Store, I will think twice to go there again, or I will suggest the employees should have a sensitivity and compassion for other humans, specially...
