I had a mobile order that I picked up via drive-thru. I was abruptly given my order and when I realized how light my bag was (knowing how much I ordered) I asked nicely if my macdouble was in the bag. The employee who handed me the bag very angrily said there was no macdouble in my because I didn't order one and tells me to look at the receipt on my bag. Taken aback by the rudeness and unprofessionalism I calmly said I didn't need to look at the bag receipt because it was a mobile order and I had it right there on my phone. She wouldn't look at my phone, proceeded to tell me, again, to look at my bag receipt then almost fully shut the window. I sat there in disbelief. I finally yelled HELLO and a younger more pleasant employee came to discuss my order with me. She told me I paid for someone else's order..... WHAT??? I showed her my phone order and receipt and said please tell me how that is possible? She proceeded to shrug her shoulders! FINALLY a light bulb went off and she tells me they gave me someone else's order...I said ok, so I give this back and you give me mine. So, instead of assuming it was MY mistake from the beginning how about you assume you gave someone the wrong order and go from there. I rarely write reviews but this MacDonalds makes more mistakes than getting things right and I'm not exaggerating. They've left items completely out, didn't customize ingredients, given wrong sizes, given completely wrong orders. They know most people are not going to go back through a full drive thru or go inside to a busy restaurant to fix the mistake while the food they have gets even colder than when it was first given. and if you dare look through your bag to check they make you feel like you need to quickly move along. Read moreI have a half-ton pickup truck, and the drive thru is extremely tight and it's difficult not to touch the curb while going through.
I had placed a mobile order and was asked to park in spot 3. As I pulled out, there was already a vehicle in spot 3. After 2 minutes, they left and I then parked there. Then upon waiting, 4 or more vehicles were served in spot 1 and 2 before they even came to me. Not even including the vehicles that were served and left in the drive-thru.
After about 15 minutes, then an employee came over and asked me about my order. I told her what was on it.
After about another half hour, they finally brought me my order. (In total 45-minute wait, after a handful of other customers were served), I also have dashcam footage of this that is indisputable.
The coffee I got was supposed to have milk, it had cream (I can't drink cream, I had to throw it out.)
The big mac had way too much sauce, the box was covered in it. The quarter pounder was supposed to have no onions and no pickles, it had both.
And both fries had zero salt and were ice cold (not edible).
Will be a long time before I come back here, this is not the first time I have had concerns about service and food quality.

Groups of young kids running around yelling and screaming and loitering. No staff to control the chaos.
Do not let your staff sweep around and under people eating it is rude and not sanitary. Wipe your tables more often.
Train your staff on better customer service skills, speed and the layout of the dining area and maybe a food handlers course as well. It took over 15 minutes to get a small coffee and two apple pies and I was at a table within direct view of the counter from a mobile order I did just as I walked in. The coffee was not hot and neither were the pies. The restaurant was nearly empty and two of the staff seemed to be just standing doing nothing and the one who brought me my order has no idea where he was going and I had to yell hello over here twice. No apologies, no thank-you and barely made eye contact.
I live near this store but due to prior bad experiences I never go aside from grabbing a McFlurry every so often. I go to Quinpool or Mumford instead. Both are always clean and the staff friendly and...
