My husband and I LOVE osmows hence why this is getting some stars. Super excited for you to open yesterday, of course we had to get chicken on the rocks for dinner. Despite being super busy and packed service was friendly and quick, no issues there but the food was not what we are used to. The rice was undercooked (almost like the were rushing to cook it to get it out quicker) and the chicken was so dry and tough (you could tell it was cooked earlier in the day in anticipation for a rush) and there was barely any garlic sauce, which is the best part, to combat all the dry components. It was everyone's first day, they were busy, so I'm not going to place too much blame on the restaurant . We will try again, but if management sees this, let you're staff know they have to pay a bit closer attention to the food. Id rather wait a bit longer for my food and have it cooked and dressed correctly, than to get my food quick and have it be disappointing. Again, will go back to try again and hopefully this was a one of because...
Read moreIt is SO bad. If you’re going to eat from a big chain Lebanese place, go down the road and go to Rays or even Mezza. I got the Chicken Shawarma Oz Box and the only thing I thought was okay was the rice and the iceberg lettuce on the side that they call fattoush. The garlic sauce tastes like pure miracle whip and I don’t think there’s any garlic in it at all. The other sauce they used was a tahini sauce that’s purple? Both sauces ruined the entire dish. Myself and my boyfriend felt ill afterwards. Also I’m convince all the good reviews are just from the people that work there. A worker was going around asking people to leave good reviews if they liked the food. Don’t waste your money or time and if you want actual good Lebanese food...
Read moreMe and my friends visited recently and it’s was worst experience. We got 3 different shawarma’s chicken, beef and beyond meat combos. None of them taste good and the meat was pre-cut, served cold and we took combo with rice and the rice feels uncooked. There is no explanation about the sauces they have for shawarmas felt like white and red bottles and choose to put it on. I don’t how it’s in Toronto. Overall the shawarma combo costed us $22 and in the restaurants like Masawee and mezza had better taste and cheap.
I will never visit again.
Suggestion - Cut the meat fresh or toss it after cut. Explain about the sauces on a paper and place it on the glass. Make it cheaper - other places have a...
