Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Halifax

On our way, we stepped off the highway to grab a quick bite and fill up some gas and pick up some coffee.

Saw Pizza Pizza and decided let's see if non- dairy cheeze had reached NS. We knew ON had it, but weren't expecting in NS. As soon as we stepped we saw a sign in front of the cashier about vegan options. I was almost ready to fall off with surprise.

In our experience in ON once we had a Vegan Pizza with one topping. We found that the cheeze quantity was way too less. We decided to go with one topping and extra cheeze. The order was quickly processed and the person was quite pleasant. The Pizza came out quicker than we anticipated.

As the pizza was still warm by the time we dug in - it was mouth-gasm!! The gooey cheeze, not entirely melted, but tasted good. Crust baked perfectly and vegan cheeze, not as good as the real thing, but satisfied the craving.

Pretty amazing for less than $10 including all taxes, lunch for two. Pizza Pizza you have a good thing...

We've tried Pizza Pizza twice and been disappointed twice. We never contacted them the first time and gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. Both times: terrible person on phone with poor English. I repeatedly had to ask him to repeat himself. He never apologized or tried to make himself understood. He was borderline rude. My keto pizza cost 16$ and our whole order with tip was 40$. My pizza was very burnt! Not edible. So I called. I was offered 10$ or 50% on a future order. I explained I didn't want money or a discount, just an apology and an acknowledgement that improvements would be tried. There was absolutely no concern that my complaint mattered to them. Roodest delivery driver on earth, i orderd pizza yesterday sunday 5th nov.the guy was late, he refused to come to my door, orderd me to walk down to his car at the parking lot, i forgot my card so i had to go back to the apartment ,he tells me that i am not his only customer so i beg him to wait and i go back with my daughter down, he throws a tantrum to my daughter, so i refuse to buy his pizza . What a waste of time, the lady on the phone was normal with good customer service, the delivery driver with a tarban was nothing but an animal. He needs to get a different job.
