Please dont go to this Tim Hortons Location Yesterday morning at 11/ October 2022, @ 10:30 AM at stores their Manager she yelled at us in front of the entire store, humiliating and embarrassing us. We ordered two toasted bagels with cheddar cheese, and the attendant put down the wrong order. My wife approached the worker and politely requested they change the bagels. It appeared the attendant confused or misunderstood what we ordered. The two ladies who prepared the bagels for us started to argue with my wife and stated that they prepared what we ordered and they did not want to change the order. A third woman came and asked her two co-workers to just change the bagels and provide what we originally ordered. But the two workers continued to argue saying that it was our mistake. The entire situation was very frustrating and unpleasant. English is not our first language and we tried to express ourselves as best as we could but we were met with a staff that treated us very poorly and we felt completely discriminated against. A moment later, the manager of the store came over with an aggressive demeanor and rude attitude, and the way she managed the situation was completely unacceptable for a business. Her body language and tone was rude as is she was trying to shut my wife up. She then raises her voice and begins to scream angrily telling us to leave the store. She literally said “grab your bagels and get out of my store”. All this while my wife was calmly trying to explain the situation. The manager proceeded to be rude and act like she didn’t have time to listen to us and that we were complaining for a product that costs only for $2 dollars. Minutes later, the police arrived (which I am sure they have much more important things to do than speak to two upset customers over wanting their correct bagels). The officers escorted us out of the store, with everyone in the store staring. You can't imagine how bad and embarrassing of a moment the manager put us thru. It’s hard to believe that wanting to correct an order and staff refusing to do so can cause a manager to call the police. Two police officers arrived first and minutes later two other cruisers arrived, there were four officers on scene to address two bagels. extremely unsatisfactory experience I encountered today while placing two orders via Driveway.
Upon picking up the first order at the window, I noticed a discrepancy between what was provided and the items displayed on Tims' sign or the Driveway app. Politely, I requested the employee to review and correct the order, as it did not match my initial selection. To my dismay, the situation escalated when another employee, referred to as the "lady," became confrontational and unprofessional.
The aforementioned employee not only raised her voice but also went so far as to encourage others in line to engage in a confrontation. Despite my attempts to maintain a calm and reasonable discourse, her behavior persisted. This employee shut the window abruptly, hindering my ability to communicate that I had an additional paid order pending pickup.
Efforts to explain the situation were met with further hostility, and despite assurances from another employee that a refund would be processed, she adamantly refused. The escalation of the situation caused distress to my family, with my wife feeling concerned for our safety to the extent that she recorded the employee's aggressive behavior.
In light of this unacceptable incident, I kindly request a thorough investigation and appropriate action be taken to address the conduct of the involved employee.

I went to Tim Hortons Peak View branch to buy my cofee, I had the App which there were an offer for buy 2 get 1 free " at the screen says Hot Brewed Coffee " when I arrived at the window to pay, the cashier told me No this offer is for Creamy Chill beverage , we had an argument and he asked his manager to come over who were unprofessional and her way of replying back so rude , she grabbed my phone from hand ignoring all Covid 19 rules and then she was like yelling at me saying I do not know why it says Hot coffee but inside it says creamy chill and while I was talking to her she left me and went inside. end of the story that place is away from being professional and as a customer, I have to pay the price of...

I went here on Monday, October 11th at 10:30am, and ordered two plain bagels with cheddar cheese. Very basic order. When I received the order, both had cream cheese on top. When I asked to have my proper order, the two ladies behind the counter began arguing with that I had ordered with cream cheese (which they had entered wrong). I asked them if they could just change it for me, and they continued refusing to give me the proper item.
Another employee stepped in and instructed them to fix it, that it was a simple process and wouldn't be difficult, but they continued to refuse. My husband became very upset and stepped in, asking if it was too complicated to replace the improper order. He did become heated during this exchange, because in our minds it was a simple fix.
The manager came up and began yelling, saying that we were causing a scene and harassing her staff. It was very embarrassing for us, and felt like she was mocking us because of the situation and our accents (we are Spanish and English is our second language). She made us two new bagels, and tossed them over the counter at us, demanding that we leave. We insisted that we would sit and finish our breakfast, and she told us that we had to leave immediately or she would call the police.
This manager did indeed call the police on my husband and I, and also banned us from this location for the next 6 months. The police were flabbergasted that the manager would waste their time on something so silly, and advised us to not only leave this review, but also contact Head Office.
This experience was highly distressing, and I recommend that everyone avoids this location until the staff's attitude and service problems have been resolved. It is ridiculous that all of this was caused over a few dollars...
