Pretzelmaker & Mrs. Fields Cookies — Restaurant in Halifax

OMG - What a shame. Today we recieved the worst customer service ever. We do not want to ever go back again based 100% on the horrible customer service we recieved today.

This location was one of our favorite and usually service is great so I do not understand why they have hired such a bad customer service employee. The lady was rude, demeaning and when we asked her name she spoke so proud like an entitle spoiled kid. Even my young children noticed her attitude and asked what was wrong with her.

The issues started right from the beginning of the order at the cash but got alot worse when we moved to the next part. Our order was so simple, pretzels with parmesan sprinkled on it. We get it all the time. However today when this employee added the parmesan the Shaker looked clogged and did not sprinkle well. Even after 3 shakes it only put a tiny pinch on. Way less then usual. So we asked for a little more, because it was no wheres close to the regular amount and she so rudely explained we had to pay for more, and then when we pointed out that almost nothing had come out, then she seemed insulted. Even our children and another customer noticed the difference. She also demanded that the tiny pinch was the regular amount which it clearly was not.

I think her name was Sadania or something like that.

People need to understand good customer service is important especially with pleasent customers.

We enjoy this location and want to return but first, we would like to speak with the owner. We asked the employee to please connect us with the manager or owner but again she rudely answered "go to the website" and "i dont know when they are in"

Writting reviews is hard to do because many people just complain about anything these days, and it ruins it for others when they actually run into actual issues like ours. So I hope we will be contacted by the owner. Until then we will have to inconveniently drive to...

Bad bad bad experience i ever had No customer service at all, i went to order pretzel with extra butter but the lady who took my order added way too much butter on my pretzels and when i was going to eat it , the whole butter spread on my clothes i couldn’t even took a single bite of it and had to throw away. The worst thing is that when i went back to that girl ( who called herself manager of the store )for my concern she didn’t even apologize for her mistake instead she started arguing with me and said make sure next time u mention regular butter. I didn’t even ask for refund or anything i was just simply saying, but she misbehaved with me She didn’t even say a sorry word. I love pretzels but i won’t go to this store back again bz...

This location closes at least a half hour before close. Usually a lovely experience at this business and specifically this location and often look forward to their pretzel bites. However this evening I went at 8:30pm and was told they didn’t have any left as they had already long since shut down everything down and could make no more to fill my order. This location had always served until close at 9pm. I’m unsure of exactly when they shut the machines off, but if you plan on ordering from this location, be sure you get there well...
