Starbucks — Restaurant in Halifax

I was given a starbucks gift card, with receipt in case I wanted to return it. I went to the Kaye Street location, and was refused. EVEN THOUGH it states on the back of the card that it can be returned as long as it is not activated and I had the original receipt.

The store manager had the audacity to tell me to try to get a refund ONLINE, and have it credited to my account. What account? She COULD have just given me the 10 dolllars, and fixed it up later. She told me ,,, oh well, just sell it to someone.

This is such a really great location I love Starbucks the coffee here is so good and the tweets are so delicious and staff are very easy to get along with and very polite and friendly facilities really clean the bathrooms are clean the floors are clean it's a very comforting and quiet atmosphere really good views I highly recommend anybody looking for a great cup of coffee or a nice little snack to come and check out Starbucks at this location you will not be disappointed thank you so much for everything guys I can't wait to see you again in...

Every time I come here my drink tastes watered down and not how it is supposed to, because they rush and don’t put effort into the drinks. I am sick of paying almost 8$ for a drink that is disgusting. Most of the time it’s crazy busy and you end up waiting 20mins for your drink and don’t have time for them to remake it.
