Local Source Market — Local services in Halifax

I knew my daughters would be arriving home hungry. I figured i had it MADE! This outfit needs needs to get better antiquated with the products they sell. (at a MASSIVE premium, i will add).

On two occasions we have have purchased your frozen dinner pies including the meat and chicken pies. Both were fails. When asking your staff how to heat/prep the dish, i was provided with directions that did not even come close to making it happen. I tripled the time recommendation at 375F and the dish was still frozen. PUT DIRECTIONS or at min, recommendations ON YOUR PRODUCTS and set your customers up for success. "All ovens are different" within 10-15%... max! Just figure your dishes out. Thats my ask.
