My recent experience at this "establishment" was less than enjoyable. In fact it blows my mind just how mindless the workers are and this location needs new workers entirely. I had placed an order online for pickup around 7pm while I was waiting in the shopping centre's food court. My order said it'd be ready by 7:15-ish. I went up to the pick-up counter at 7:10 to check the progress. They then told me they didn't have the patty for one of the subs I wanted and asked if I wanted to cancel it, I said yes I'll just re-order it on the app. That's fine but they should've honestly just cancelled it or update the menu for that location to say it's out of stock. If they don't have the ability to do so, they should. If they would've cancelled it without asking I would've went up quicker and asked "Hey why was it cancelled" and then I wouldn't have waited so long thinking my subs were in the process of being made as on the app it said they were still building the subs at the time I went up to check the progress. Already a bit irritated they didn't cancel the order so I wouldn't have had to wait around so long, I decided it wasn't that big of a deal and I would just go to re-place and order with a different sub. I tried with multiple cards on 2 different phones and it wouldn't let me and came up with an error. That's a problem with the app not the workers. However, still another frustration as by this point I was sitting there for almost 20 minutes and was getting hungry. Finally it accepted when I used Google pay on one of my cards that I had tried to use earlier that failed but worked on Google pay. The app needs to have some serious updates. The order went through and said it was building. I was looking back every now and then to see if it was being made. There was some customers in line they were tending to however my receipt for the pickup order had already come out long before these customers. This one was supposed to be ready for 7:40 and I ordered at 7:25. I went up at 7:35 to once again check progress. The lady picked up my reciept and said my name. I then see her go and put the reciept at the beginning of the sandwich line and got the bread to start making the subs. They hadn't even STARTED making my subs yet. My subs were supposed to be ready in 5 minutes and they weren't even started. I did end up getting my order at 7:46 but this was beyond annoying. They should've been making my order before tending to the customers in line, which I've seen them do before. It makes sense because my order had already gone through and was printed out before the people that needed tending to walked up to order. There was 3 girls on and it wasn't even crazy busy and like I said my order was placed before others and the others were ALL tended to before mine. If I didn't go up to check when I did they probably would've forgotten about my order. Having 3 girls on they could've had 2 tending to the people in line and 1 building my pickup order. That would've been the smart way to do it but that wasn't done. On top of that one of the sandwiches had the paper stick right to it from the grill. The taste of paper is lovely. Please be smarter or change how things are done to prevent this. I never write reviews but this was beyond ridiculous...
Read moreReally shitty service of this subway. The manager or owner have 0 customer skill. He don't know how to apologize for making wrong order. I ordered 2 footlong veggie patty through subway app with sauces and this subway team didn't put any single sauce and when i came back next day to complaint with pictures they said they can't put more than 4 sauces in one subway because it will fell off. If this is the case why don't let me know while handling the order. If they can't put more than 4 sauce why they didn't put any single sauce, atleast put 4 sauces. It is common sense and owner arguing as its my fault. He gave me vocher of 6 inch which i was not able to use for days, because whenever i go there they said it can't be redeemed. In 3rd day redeemed it . Whole staff including manager/owner need proper training to deal with customer in nicer way and making proper orders 🙂. Specially the girls were very rude to me and they don't understand sometimes what we order and they laugh on face or look at each other sarcastically that really makes us awkward I recently faced the very wierd situation on the 28th Feb 2023, at 2pm in mall where two girls were very rude to mee and rolling the eyes sarcastically and looking at each other and laughing. Also, spoke very rude when she did not understand what I wanted also I think she was mad at me for no reason and did not even care that she gave me a uncooked piece of chicken, I was in hustle otherwise I wanted to go back and show her and also it was crowded so couldn't go back but she did not make my order well cooked.
