Update : After submitting a form as instructed below by the owner, and after one of the customer service has contacted me, today June 2nd I have had the same issue. The individual working there was debating with me at 4:30 that they should not be serving any machine based drinks as they have started cleaning them. It looks like there is no control over these guys by the owner nor the Franchise. If there was less than one start, I would've given it.
Original post : I held off on posting my bad experience about this store for a long time but it looks like I have to do that. They are unfriendly and don't know how to deal with customers professionally. In addition, and the most annoying thing, that they Start to shut off most of the orders very early around 4:30 or even earlier claiming that they are cleaning the machines. Why?!! You guys are open until 5pm. Why can't I place an order at 4:30?? This is not the first time and I always get the same response every time I attempt to order some specific drinks, espresso related, at 4:30 or after because of the same excuse 'sorry, we have cleaned the machines and can't serve this drink anymore today' .. Read moreWe ordered large vanilla and salted caramel here today and later to find out that they were "out of vanilla syrup". I talked to the short lady who served us the coffee and ask to charge us based on the coffee she gave us but she said "they were the same price". We just agreed to it to avoid conflict even though we know the price difference. The lady made us 2 original ice capp, no whipped cream, no vanilla, and no salted caramel so we kindly asked where the whipped cream and the salted caramel is. She said, "You want whipped cream on it??" Like she was confused or something. That is part of the order. She should have known how to make that coffee. She put whipped cream on it but no caramel so we asked again to put some caramel on it because that's our order. The lady gave us an attitude and said they were out of caramel syrup as well. To the management, please train your staff properly. If they are still in training, please supervise them. I gave them this review because this is not the first time this happened. Based on the other reviews, this is recurring and displeasing. Hope they see this and be better next time not only for us but for all the tim horton...

After a long wait, was greeted by a staff member who seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. When I asked for a custom order, they responded with clear irritation, making the experience uncomfortable.
I was also given the wrong item, which is a simple mistake, but what really disappointed me was the lack of urgency or care in fixing it. When I went back inside to address the issue, the staff seemed annoyed and didn’t offer an apology. They just handed me the correct item with no effort to make up for the inconvenience.
It was surprising because Tim Hortons usually has a reputation for being reliable and friendly, but this experience felt like a huge letdown. I’m not sure if it was an off day for the staff, but it’s hard to overlook how dismissive and unhelpful they were. I hope they improve the level of service, as this kind of treatment makes me hesitant to return...
