Subway — Restaurant in Halifax

I don’t usually make reviews, but the service I received today was awful. I had placed an online order and went to the counter to go pick it up. The worker who was some older Filipino guy was rude and gave me attitude when I told him I had an order. He also told me I wasn’t allowed to sit while waiting for it because “the dine in is closed” despite it being 50+ mins until close. I asked for a different bag of chips with my combo and he told me “normally I wouldn’t but only for today” like what?? If I’m paying for my meal, I want the chips...

Incredibly rude. Made my daughter the wrong sub. Refused to fix it. Only after I called to speak with the manager did they agree to fix it for her and while doing so continued to berate her stating they were right and even checked their cameras, but for today they’ll replace it. You run a business. Fix your mistakes. There is no way you checked cameras in a 10 min period to prove you put the correct sauce on a sub. Pathetic behaviour. Much better service at the lacewood...

The worst subway I've ever seen. Today I ordered online a bowl of rice and chicken for my daughter and paid $12. Now my daughter called and said that they only put three spoons of rice and a few small pieces of chicken in the bottom of the bowl and gave it to her. My daughter asked them why it was empty.
