We ate as a group of four Friday evening at 5pm. They had been reluctant to accept a reservation earlier in the week and, indeed, the restaurant was empty on arrival. All seating was identical, booths around tables all of which had very cramped leg space due to built in gas fired barbecues. Some being tall, this led to uncomfortable seating for us throughout.
We soon learned that all meat dishes were served on the bone with the exception of butter chicken which I ordered and enjoyed. They declined our request to serve any other meat dishes off the bone. My wife ordered one of the most expensive dishes, lamb chops, our guests a shrimp curry and a lentil curry. We also had a selection of appetizers and breads with our meal. At the outset a stack of four, thick, cold plates were delivered for our main course. After initially declining to warm our plates they reluctantly agreed and did do so.
When our food was served it was by a different waitress who had absolutely no idea of who had ordered which food. Dishes were served with a variety of sauces. Despite our asking, it was never made clear which sauces went with which dishes. Other than my own butter chicken which was good (though I would have ordered other food had it been offered off the bone), all other guests did not enjoy their food and left most of it. My wife's lamb chops were so poor, literally a small pile of bones with little grizzly meat, nothing like the meaty chops pictured on their web site. She ate almost none of her meal and sent it back, not subsequently being charged for it. A further complication was that the restaurant is not licensed so offered no beer, wine or spirits.
Overall our experience was very negative. Seating was uncomfortable, service was disorganized, special requests were met with resistance or denial and some food was less than edible. This was among the worst dining experiences we have ever had, beyond disappointing. We will...

The food here is outstanding. The BBQ offerings, particularly the beef seekh kebabs and chicken tikka, are grilled to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with authentic flavors. The biryani is another must-try, with its fragrant spices and perfectly cooked rice that pair wonderfully with the meats. Their naan bread is soft, buttery, and ideal for soaking up the rich, savory sauces.

Edit: Changed to 1 star after the owner's rageful and straight up lying response. The review was as we experienced it. Nobody goes to a restaurant trying to find flaws, but...if someone goes miles away to a highly rated restaurant with good expectations and find the place to be completely empty at 7 pm, far from closing time with none of the things to be consistent, it does bring certain disappointment and a complete waste of time & money. The review is so you uphold your standards and treat the next customer better.
We went on a sunday evening for Dinner. The place was completely empty. Not a soul was there. Ordered Tandoori chicken, Lamb Karahi, Tandoori roti, Garlic Nann and the 3 milk desert. Should be enough food to fill two. Tandoori chicken had 4 little pieces on top of rice and cabbage for 18$. The taste was good but it is absolutely not worth the price. You get a plate full of chicken in any other place. The lamb was undercooked and chewy. The Roti and Naan were the thinnest I ever seen in my life, there's no difference between a Naan and a tandoori roti. Both super crunchy. The overhyped 3 milk desert is just the sweet milk cakes on top of each other. The worst customer service. The server came with the bill before even serving desert. Who does that?
I think the reviews in google are mostly bot reviews. There was noone eating there on a sunday evening. I hope they learn from this and try to do better or they will go out of business like the korean place...
