Went to Booster Juice in Georgetown. Got a Bananas-A-Whey.
I asked what juices did NOT have seeds because I just had dental surgery and can't have them. She looked bewildered and didn't have a clue! I noticed when she made it that it looked WHITE! I've been drinking those forever and never noticed that colour before. I get home, have a spoonful and it tasted awful. It wasn't CREAMY at all!! It just basically tasted like mashed Bananas!!!! Clearly she messed something up like maybe forgot the frozen yogurt. Something wasn't right. I had my hubby check to confirm and he agreed. They are cheaping out, maybe using less quality product or something.
I go back and all this woman did was tell me its Bananas a whey and if I want colour its the Nuttin Better (never ordered that in my life!). Instead of saying "I'm so sorry let me make you a new one" she just kept telling me I was wrong. I'm in Customer Service!!!!
Then she said something about "next time" Honey there won't be a next time. Since this place got bought out its been steadily going downhill. I'm done with that place. For the price they have the nerve to charge I'll just make my own, its...
Read moreI am a regular booster juice customer I tend to go to booster juice more then once a week, the other day I waited around 20 minutes for my order to be taken lately I have been finding the service very slow especially around dinner time when it gets busy. Sometimes the employee will even wash dishes in between serving the customers when there is a big line. One one of my recent visits I had to ask other customers ahead of me if I could go ahead or else I would have been late for where I was going that time I also waited just over 20 minutes. Read moreAfter receiving three emails about a “free” birthday smoothie, I came to this location to redeem it. They saw the emails, but because there is some issue with the app, so they couldn’t scan a barcode they wouldn’t redeem the offer for me.
They told me to call head office as the offer is theirs and not at the franchise level. Which I get, but from a customer service perspective would you not just redeem the offer for the customer who came in to your store with promise of a free smoothie. The two employees even called the owner who clearly didn’t advise them to do anything for me.
