KFC — Restaurant in Halton Hills

EDIT 3 STARS NOW, open later and some workers are pretty good now but still has improvements to make with the menu not displaying certain deals

Only reason I give 2 stars is simply because it's nice to finally have a KFC in town again. Besides that, their menus do not display many of the combos that used to be displayed like the fill up combos etc and when I ask about these combos I get a very confused response even though the combos do exist. The location inside is clean and compact but no space if you wanted to dine in. Overall though, the bizarre cherry on top is their hours. I have never seen a KFC so close to the city be closed so early. Some people don't even get to leave work until later in the evening so anyone who works a bit later has to miss out on dinner options? Absolutely ridiculous. Hours should be extended to 10pm and maybe 8pm on Sundays...

I usually will not leave a review but this is the third time I have had a terrible experience at this location. The only thing hot in my bag was the gravy. The fries, chicken fingers, popcorn chicken and chicken pieces were all cold and stale like they have been sitting aside for hours. Usually you wait a bit for your order but when I pulled up the window it was all ready to go so I know everything had been just sitting there for awhile.

Why open a location right across from Mary Browns only to be a complete disappointment in quality of food and service? Mary Browns is always fresh, they are super friendly and the price is comparable.

Save your money and go to Mary Browns instead. Or go to KFC at Mississauga Rd. And Williams Parkway location. This...

So, FKC is what it is. It's fried, it's greasy, it's not healthy but it sure is delicious 😋 This location was typical FKC, the food was what it was supposed to be. Everything was cooked, fresh and hot. The staff were so kind and helpful. This is actually the only KFC location I have liked so far. The lady running cash at the time we entered noticed we had tow children with us, so she gave us two cookies for them. The BEST way to get in with any parent, it to be kind to their kids. Well, the staff were SO kind and my kids felt right at homw. They were kind and patient with us and we slowly took over the resturaunt lol. My kids chatted with us and enjoyed their food in the quiet resturaunt. I really liked the food, staff and location. Thanks...
