Pita Pit — Restaurant in Halton Hills

6pm september 3rd 2025. There were 2 women working. One was taller and in grey. Very pleasant and kind. Then a shorter one in black. She looked miserable. Dragged her feet and hated her job. I ate and watched as a man came to order and before she started his order she went to check her phone charging on the counter. Not an Uber tablet. Perosnal phone. Then she slowly came over. Hardly talked. Again miserable. Made his wrap. Then she went to toast it and while it was toasting decided to talk to another customer and it clearly burnt and you can tell the guy was just being nice but was annoyed when he left. Whats with companies getting subsidized new student workers while many young Canadians need work. Hope this pita pit isnt one of them but this location is going downhill with the employees. I used to be greeted with an energetic smile here....

I've been a long-time customer of Georgetown Pita Pit, and is always my go-to for lunch. I have the upmost praise for the manager Liz and her staff. I recently had a mix up on an uber eats order (entirely an error on my side not theirs), and Liz completely took care of the issue, going as far as to drive to my house and drop me off the pita i intended to order along with a free smoothie and cookie! I was absolutely blown away by her respect, professionalism and customer service. Georgetown Pita Pit's care for their customers will continue to make me a long-time customer to their business, and I highly encourage anyone looking for great food and service to go visit them.

I have always come to this location but this past weekend was the most disgusting thing I have seen. The girl didn't say one word as we walked in. She was coughing in open air and then on her hands, no mask, no gloves. She then proceeded to go to the back where I assumed she was going to wash her hands. I had clear view of her. She grabbed a napkin and came to the front and blew her nose. She didn't wash her hands and then stood at the counter to serve my daughter and myself. Sooo disgusting.
