Worst customer service experience ever! I can’t give 0 stars because there was not an option. I could not believe what we experienced after being served by Sukhdeep on February 27th around 10:27 am. Sukhdeep offered us the option to get a free drink if my workers and myself gave a good review of her on the internet, after 3 people of my crew did it, one of my workers did not on time, because he went to the washroom so she poured the drink, showed him it and held it behind her back. She said: “If you don’t give me the review, you don’t get your free drink.” We felt she was literally pushing us the give the review, which was very unfair, rude and unkind. I finally decided to buy a drink for my worker to stop with this uncomfortable situation, I got the bill, and I wanted to check it and started to ask questions about it and what Sukhdeep did was yell at me saying: “WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!?” We were shocked by her attitude, and we left very upset and hurt. The next day I call and ask for the manager and tried to explain what happened and the manager didn’t take the time to listen to what I wanted to say, she just said: “The queue is very long, and I can’t talk.” I ask her what the best time is to call, and she said: “Call me tomorrow morning.” I felt like my call didn’t matter. I think what happened from start to finish was terrible, Subway is a trademark with an amazing reputation and this franchise is ruining its image. Total: 15.68$
I was charged the following!
Veggie Patty Sub: 14.99$ 20oz Fountain Drink: 2.99$
Order Total: 17.98$ Sales Tax: 2.32$
Total: 20.32$
I found other reviews about this outlet overcharging customers and when complained they refund the overcharged amount.
People don’t care to check their receipts since they are exhausted after shopping! These guys are openly trying to steal extra money from each customer.
