Absolutely appalled by the abusive behaviour of the manager/supervisor. One of the employees apparently forgot to add chicken to the ingredient prep bowl for our pad see ew. No big deal, he just added it once the chef (with the hat) pointed it out. But the chef went into the back, called out the manager (v-neck shirt), who then proceeded to yell and berate this employee in front of all the customers. "Why do you make so many mistakes", "who trained you", etc. A few minutes later, he apparently passed the wrong bowl to the chef -- instead of passing the spicy pad see ew, he passed the mild one. The chef went back to the manager again, who then came out yelling again and started PUNCHING him! He said things along the lines of "what is wrong with you", "just tell me if you don't want to work here anymore". He punched him for a bit, walked away, and then went back to him to punch him some more??? I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable witnessing this. The "mistakes" were also harmless and didn't affect our order in the end. So I'm not sure why the manager was on such a power trip. This happened at the front of the store in front of all the customers on a Friday afternoon, so I can't imagine what abuse goes on behind closed doors. I feel so sorry for the...

Employee was the cashier and the cook/ chef, without washing hand afyer helping customer he prep the raw ingredients without wearing any gloves.

Where is the hygiene? Yet he stopped in the middle of cooking to help ither customer at cashier and again without washing hand and return cooking yet again without washing hand nor put on any glove.

This shouldn't be happening for hygiene purposes.

Over the period of whating for my fiod to be ready he stpped three times to help other customer before he return cooking my food amd ofcourse he never wash his hand not put on any glove.

I felt discomfort and unsafe with the way the employee conducted the practice. This hand wash and glove ate standard practice in food handling process training and also standard health and safety.

Never ever come back to buy from this location ever again. I highly suggest the owner of this branch conduct more serious training in the food handling system and thai Express head office should have high standards for all franchisees in food handling process and practive hand wash...

I ordered 4C and got charged $16.09 which is the price for battered chicken. I said ok I like battered chicken. I got sliced chicken which is $14.75 or something. I complained and they said it’s ok. We gave you more chicken. I said, “how do you know I got more chicken”? “We gave you more chicken,” was their reply. I took my food and ate but they got $1.25 more from me. If they cheat imagine after 30 people they would have gotten $35 or so. Imagine a whole day.

I have no problem paying $14 or $16. But whatever I pay for I should receive. If I paid for chicken strips then give me chicken strips. If I paid for battered chicken they give me battered chicken. The server went on to say, I pressed 4C.

I hope all of their other buttons don’t overcharge and under serve.

Call Food Safety! Absolutely appalled and horrified at the cleanliness of this place. The manager behind the two hard-working chefs should not have been there. He was picking his nose, wiping his names on his shirt, pouring the rice and blowing his nose (holding one nostril and blowing out into the air)!!! Then back to serving rice and food to the people. I was so disgusted that I asked for a new container because he blew his nose and isn’t sanitary. But sitting down, I realized even the rice he poured could be tainted. I threw out my food and wasted my money. Better safe, than sorry.
