Angels Wings Devils Poutine Food Truck — Restaurant in Hamilton

I contacted Vincent about bringing the food truck to my husbands 40th birthday party. He was very responsive, worked with me to set a menu with various options and answered all of my questions regarding how service would go. Leading up to the event Vincent was in contact with me numerous times to confirm I didn’t have any outstanding questions. He is kind, helpful and a pleasure to deal with! On the day of the event, they arrived on time, were set up to start serving food earlier than expected and brought a fun attitude which added to our experience. The food!! The food was incredible, our party guests had nothing but good things to say about every option they had. My personal favourite was the wings but my husband and I tried all the options and would gladly order any of them again. The portions were very generous and left our guests with some to take home as well. The food came out quickly, hot and Vincent was able to make a couple accommodations to the menu for my guests which was above and beyond!

After service, they cleaned up quickly and left nothing behind for us to clean up after. Their arrival and departure was seamless and didn’t interrupt the party at all.

I would highly recommend Vincent and his team for your next event. We will be on the look out for them at upcoming food truck festivals as well. You will not be disappointed!!

I am extremely disappointed with this establishment. I ordered two poutines, one regular and one ghost pepper. Both orders arrived with cold, hard, and chewy fries. I ate them begrudgingly, not wanting to cause a scene, but I was thoroughly annoyed. I spent $30 on terrible food. All I wanted was hot fries! I have never experienced cold, hard, chewy fries from other food trucks before and then asked for a tip for low effect, lazy food.

Instead of making baseless accusations, why don't you take the time to thoroughly investigate and address my concerns without undermining my credibility and intelligence? I have attached a screenshot of my bank account clearly showing transactions with your company and the associated costs. It is evident that you could have easily rectified the situation yourself. Stopped by angels wings devils poutine food truck this afternoon at bayfront, to start, the staff was unbelievably friendly and informative about the different things you can get though they weren't listed on the menu. We asked if we could get wontons or onion rings instead of fries and he said we could have anything we wanted. We tried the ghosted poutine and it definitely didn't disappoint, a perfect combination of super spicy with amazing flavor. Will definitely have to try some different combinations of things the next time they're back....
