My friend and I went to booster juice (May 29 around 10:50-11am) and purchased one smoothie and another with a birthday reward. Both of our smoothies we have had before with no issue from many different locations over the years. Today, our mango hurricane w/ whey added and mind over matcha smoothies were SALTY and smelled off. I became sick within 45 minutes of drinking 1/4 of it, where I had to stop drinking it because it tasted so vile. We contacted the store at 12:52 on May 29 and spoke to a gentleman who informed me that their policy is no refunds and no remaking smoothies, despite how inedible this was. Not only was the smoothie awful, but the customer service matched the taste, horrendous. Despite giving them an opportunity to fix the problem, they chose not to. We had the smoothies still to show them and were still told to come tomorrow to talk to their manager, and that they don’t ever do refunds or remakes. After this experience, I will no longer be a patron at any booster juice.
I highly recommend going anywhere else, no matter how convenient of a spot this is. Save your money...
Read moreBad employee, I was very satisfied with the previous times I came, but today is different. I think this store changes staff constantly, because every week I come here is a new employee. Therefore, new employees hardly know all the recipes. I have no complaint about they are slow or need to remember all the recipes, but the service must be good. Like today, a white guy with curly brown hair staff, I don’t know his name and I never seen him before. So, I don't know if he discriminate me or what, but the way he serves is so terrible. The thing is that I come first, after me are 2 ladies, then other lady go alone. So the staff was blending for the last lady first, then 2 ladies after me and then mine, even though I waited almost half an hour. He didn’t say anything except “sorry for waiting”. Okay, you better serve who come first not who come last!!! Or at least give me a good reason why I have to wait half an hour for only 2 drinks! … terrible staff...
Read moreFor the second time, we've gone in and been served by the same employee. Today (12 Feb) at 1:45pm we were the only patrons in the store and the woman serving us was outwardly miserable. She was visibly impatient and condescending when we had some questions about options for the drinks. Customer Service is not an easy job but this is twice she has treated us this way with no reason. It's unprofessional and unacceptable ; It's not like we came in hostile.
