Harvey's — Restaurant in Hamilton

Ordered two meals from you guys today, and I have to say I'm utterly disgusted with the quality. One of my burgers came with two burnt patties, not to mention the cheese --which I paid extra for-- was completely missing. Add to that the fact that the toppings for both were also mixed together, and you have yourself a very disappointing experience 🙂. Furthermore, one of the sides I got was not what I ordered (I ordered two onion rings, and got one poutine), and one of my shakes hadn't even been mixed properly. It was literally soft serve sitting on top of a thin layer of syrup.

You guys should honestly be ashamed that you're putting food of this quality out to people; and look, I get it. It's a fast food joint, I know the bar isn't super high to begin with, plus I understand how busy things can get at times, but come the hell on. This is a new low. The worst part? After all of this, after counting for the delivery fee from Uber, the total cost came up to around $45....

The food is honestly really good at this Harvey, but the only thing that really upsets me is that I will come here at 11 o’clock at night with no cars behind me or in front of me and simply order a regular size poutine and a drink just to be asked to pull to the other parking lot and wait about 15 minutes to be honest if I knew this was the service that I was going to get I wouldn’t come here trying to get fast food. It’s just getting absolutely ridiculous that they are pulling cars from the drive-through for such small orders, especially at that time. They do not have a quota that they have to meet at those times I have ran drive-through for many years in the past and I know how they work and I can tell you this is really bad Customer service when you were pulling a car from a drive-through to go park their car and wait an additional 10 minutes and you don’t have no other cars come through your drive-through within that 10 minutes ,...

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we could not get into the restaurant at this time but we were so hungry for a hamburger that we decided to try using the drive through. Service was really friendly and courteous at the service window. My sister Kim ordered extra tomato slices and dill pickle slices on the side of everything else. We were having their original hamburgers, poutines, and chocolate milkshakes. I was really impressed when they got our order perfectly with no mistakes including the extra side dishes that my sister ordered. Everything was wrapped up neatly and in a large brown bag. We had to eat it all in her car in the large empty parking lot. The food was excellent, hot, fresh, delicious, nutritious, appetizing, and very satisfying. We were really full afterwards.
