Ice cream is amazing I love the quality but the staff member working when I went there today was not pleasant… I brought my kids here for the first time and was expecting to be a nice exciting experience and he ruined it. Not happy very moody and I wanted a kid bowl with 2 flavours and I’m not sure if you can’t do that but all he said was 2 kiddies .. like what does that mean ? I wanted 1 kiddie with 2 flavours?? Pick better staff that...

Service was fine but the ice cream was horrible. I got the caramel chocolate one and my husband got the French crisp one. Both we got in a waffle cone. The waffle cone tasted gross and the texture was no better because it was barely cooked (wasn't even toasted brown colour). Both ice creams tasted like banana?!?!?!?! I normally love ice cream and ive been to Laura Secord before and it wasnt bad but this...

Dude working here doesn’t know anything and doesn’t WANT to know anything about the products. Told me he’s never eaten any of the chocolates. I just wanted a box of assorted chocolates that had a “legend” that tells you what is what — he had no idea what I was talking about!! Previously there had been a nice lady working here that would’ve known what I was talking about but this dude needs to get a job...
