If I could give a negative review I would. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Food and management are horrible.
My husband and I went to grab a bite just after 2 pm today. Our whole experience at this restaurant had issues. When we arrived at the restaurant the hostess seated us at a table that was very wobbly. When we asked to move to one of the tables in the middle of the restaurant we were told that that section was already closed( the restaurant closes at 3:30pm) and we would have to wait for them to clean a table in the open section as they were all dirty. Their solution was to put some napkins under the table leg to prevent it from wobbling. I noticed a few other tables they had done this on as well.
We then ordered our meal. The food took longer than we expected considering there were only a couple other tables with guests at them. When the food arrived the waitress realized my husband’s order was wrong and took it back immediately. We then waited again for about 10 minutes for our food to come out. When it came out my husband’s food was fine but I immediately noticed the lack of food on my plate. I ordered Sunset Supreme Waffles which is supposed to come with strawberry preserves, Fresh strawberries and whipped cream. I asked them to hold the preserves though as I do not like them. The result was them giving me just fresh strawberries and whipped cream which is what I wanted. Little did I know that the fresh strawberries would total up to approximately 1 strawberry cut in small pieces which is ridiculous. Especially since I didn’t have the preserves. Any other location I have been to in the past have never been so cheap with the strawberries. When I asked the waitress about this all she could say was I’m sorry. No offer to provide more or anything. I tried to get past this and start eating only to discover that my waffles were overcooked and very dry. I could barely cut into them with my knife. The waffles were also cold from sitting while my husband’s meal was remade. I also discovered that the sausage I ordered on the side was undercooked. As a result I did not eat my meal. I would have spoken to the waitress about them but she never came back to our table to check on us. At this point there was only one other customer in the restaurant so I know it was not because she was busy.
We ended up having to going to the counter to get our bill and pay. When we brought the issue with my meal up to the manager as we were leaving all he could do was say I’m sorry and look at the floor. No offer to make it better or take it off our bill.
I don’t think I have ever had such a bad experience at a restaurant. Please see pictures attached to this review. The strawberries you see pictured are all that came with it even though we paid extra for the Supreme. The bill was actually very accurate - 1 fresh strawberry is all I got. Horrible restaurant!! Read moreMy daughter and I went out to brunch today before our shopping trip, I ordered a western sandwich it comes with fried potatoes. I ate half my sandwich and dug in my potatoes on the bottom of my plate I found a face hair( black) about a inch long of course like anyone else would do brunch was over🤢.the waitress brought it to the owner of the establishment after approximately 10 minutes of waiting she returned with my bill to tell me they have taken 3 dollars off my bill so that means it cost me about $ 6.50 for a half of western sandwich. I approach the owner with my bill politely to discuss the matter he was totally rude basically told me I have no right to bring this to him and didn't want to talk with me and he didn't care about hair in the food that I should pay for it anyway. This place has a open kitchen both cooks had beards no one cooking had hair nets or beard nets on, but the owner expect you to pay away.I did pay by bill and tip the waitress a little extra because if thats the way he treats his customers I feel sorry for his staff. I do...
Read moreThe French Toast & Strawberry "Sunset Supreme" left me wondering what part was intended to be supreme. At a whopping $17.49 for 2 pieces of French Toast, a very sad looking order of preserves, a singular strawberry sliced very thinly (remember that these are currently in season), and possibly the most deflated whipped cream to have ever been served. Regularly 2 pieces of French Toast will run you $9.99 with $3.25 for added fresh fruit, $3.25 for added preserves, and $2.49 for added whipped cream for a total of $18.98 meaning that the Sunset Supreme will save you $1.50 on this combo order. The looks were seriously lacking and unfortunately the taste only brought the review further down. The toast was chewy and regretful, though I suppose the soggy preserves and liquid whipped cream did help transform the French Toast from cardboard to something vaguely chewable. All of this came paired with an iced coffee without ice cubes and a lengthy wait despite the diner being far from busy. I wish it was a better experience but as is I will not...
