Freshly Squeezed — Restaurant in Hamilton

Any time I am served by the manager/owner, my experience is horrible. My drinks are rarely made properly there by him (or anyone else that works there), and he overcharges and gets defensive (borderline angry) when you call him out on it. There are some real fruit products but a lot of is just concentrate/powder sugar mixes, which they try to pass off as 100% real and healthy when it is definitely not. I also have an issue with the manager/owner’s hygiene because on more than one occasion, I have been waiting for the (employee) bathroom to see him come out, without washing his hands and the bathroom is a total disaster! It makes me think of the hygiene practices...

I ordered a smoothie from here and still had my phone I put my purse down to pay and when I left and went to order my uber my phone was gone.. I went back and asked if they saw it of course they said no. I tracked my phone to 27 Isaac Brock dr Stoney creek and seen my phone sitting in the house on a table. No one was home and the neighbours said its Indians who live there.. Was an Indian man working when my phone was mysteriously taken right out of my purse. After I left from getting my smoothie he left almost immediately after. Absolutely discussing human beings who run this...

Orders 2 medium juices for $15 dollars. One was orange one was peach. The orange juice wasn't squeezed the Indian gentleman used Tropicana orange juice with ice NO FRESH Oranges. The peace juice was also standard Tropicana juice not freshly squeezed.

Make sure he doesn't go to the back with your juice and he squeezes the juice infront of you. The company name is "freshly squeezed" but at this location none of that happens....
