I had an uncomfortable experience at this McDonald’s location. I purchased food (receipt attached) and sat down to eat inside, but less than 30 minutes later, I was asked to leave by a staff member. I had just started eating and wasn’t causing any disruption, so the interaction left me feeling confused and singled out. What made the situation more troubling was that I was approached by a non-racialized individual, and I couldn’t help but feel that this may have been racially motivated. I hope that wasn’t the case, but the experience definitely made me feel unwelcome and targeted. When someone makes a purchase—especially over $5—they should be allowed the basic courtesy of sitting down to eat in peace. It’s not reasonable to expect customers to rush or eat in their cars, especially when dining space is available. This kind of treatment is not acceptable, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure all customers are treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their background. I attached my receipt of what I bought.. this is truly disheartening

I ordered on Uber Eats, I ordered the McSpicy Minecraft meal as well as the Apple Shake, and I instead got just the meal without the Minecraft meal box or the collectable toy, like I ordered this meal literally for the toy, that is why I spent more money than I would if I got a regular meal, I also didn’t get the Apple Shake, I instead got a Strawberry Banana Smoothie, not even a milkshake, I ordered from a different location two weeks ago and again didn’t get the toy, only the box. Like if you are going to send me something completely different from what I ordered than at least inform me, not just send me the wrong items. Like even my receipt says what I ordered, so I don’t know what they are doing at these locations where they can’t follow simple instructions or inform me that they will be sending a different item. At least they put the extra bacon I ordered on my McSpicy.

So I go to this location often its the one at nash and queenston it is close to my place. I've never have a problem with the food or service ever but this time going was very upsetting. I was eating my Big Mac and found some plastic that I first thought to be lettuce so I went in and told the lady who looked like a possible manager and she told me that never happens and I had said ok well it unfortunately did. She was quite rude and kept saying that it just doesn't happen but admitted that it is definitely plastic from their establishment and that the machine was totally automated . Based on how rude she was is why im giving such a low review. She was so rude and I already had such bad anxiety due to my social anxiety disorder but she just made the whole experience extremely hard to deal with. I will never eat at a Mc donalds again

So I go to this location often its the one at nash and queenston it is close to my place. I've never have a problem with the food or service ever but this time going was very upsetting. I am absolutely unimpressed with how the management and staff handled a situation that could have been very serious. On April 5th, at approximately 5pm it was raining. I had been given the wrong order so I went back inside to return it, the staff member was mopping the floors and left the sign lined up against the wall, as she was mopping the other side of the dining area. As I walked in, at what seemed to be a clear path it was actually soak and wet and in result I had slipped and fell. I hit my head, hurt my ankle and bruised the heels of my feet and left hand. Luckily, I am a healthy individual but had it been someone who was not they would have been seriously injured. The floor was so wet I had to get a chair to help myself up because my shoes were slipping. I had been to two other stores prior to this McDonald’s that day, and all the floors were WELL taken care of and DRY mopped. When I had fallen there was NO help from staff, no care in the world and I was so embarrassed I apologized for myself falling in their dining room. I had called to let the manager know about the situation, in the moment I was so startled and embarrassed that I couldn’t deal with it in person. I told her what happened and when, conveniently she was working that day and wasn’t even informed by the staff about the fall. She made it aware to me that there should have been no wet mopping and there should have been medical attention(which none of the above were done). I was called today by another manager, which is nice but with that, it was very condescending. Jason started the short conversation with a quick check up and a reminder of how it was a “rainstorm” that day. I would like to say how unprofessional and unsympathetic this location is and how they made me feel that day. For them to repeatedly remind me that it was raining and for them to make it seem like it was my fault is outrageous and I’m so unhappy with how it was handled. Unfortunately this store could not help me so I will be taking it into greater hands. Hello, like many customers ordering from Mc Donald's as of late, I came for the 'Minecraft Happy Meal collaboration'. Being a young adult on the autism spectrum, this meal was something I was incredibly excited for and this location failed to deliver. The employee at the counter was incredibly lackadaisical and just actively not listening to what I was asking for, as a frequent customer at this particular establishment (I've been a regular for over 10 years) I found this to be disappointing. I asked for 3 adult Minecraft collaboration happy meals, and instead I got 2 children's happy meals and a spicy chicken combo, I feel the fault for this lies on the employee not listening to my order and having an extreme lack of enthusiasm for the collaboration. This reflects badly on your establishment, and I will also be writing an email to Mojang about this particularly awful experience and this location's disregard for Minecraft as a brand. This isn't the first time this location has messed up an order, or an employee has been rude, hell in 2011 this establishment gave a 7 year old me food poisoning and I feel like this experience is finally the straw that broke the camel's back. I'm willing to retract this review if this Mc Donald's location is willing to offer some form of compensation or a free adult happy meal for their brazen mishandling of my order, but I do not feel optimistic.
