Pita Pit — Restaurant in Hamilton

Management seems to think staffing a single employee is acceptable. I came at slightly off peak hours, only had a couple ahead of me, and a delivery driver arrive after. The backlog was terrible. The driver eventually gave up and left without food. Don't know if the customer cancelled due to ETA or if the driver dropped the order because they could be making more money getting multiple other orders instead.

If they can afford more staff but don't, shame on them. If they can't afford them, then what are thinking recently adding the store to delivery services? Seen a lot of places come and go in this neighborhood. Just one more for the history books I guess.

The food was great though. Ingredients seemed fresh enough and the single tireless employee did a wonderful job when it finally came time for them to work...

Usually we've enjoyed Pita Pit (other locations) however we ended up throwing 2 out today. I'll admit, I did say "everything" (as I've done elsewhere) however today that included a generous amount of pineapple on a falafel/hummus wrap. I couldn't see the items as it was being loaded up as there was a repairman in fixing the unit however, I feel pineapple is probably one of those random things you should probably double check.. It was also missing the grilled pepper/onions and mushrooms that were requested. Ill also mention that my daughter thought her chicken tasted "off" (which felt more concerning knowing that their unit appeared to be under repair) Honestly, it's Covid and I appreciate everyone is stressed even without fridges being under repair.Staff...

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered a small 12oz smoothie, and was given a smoothie this size. This did not look right to me, so I asked if this was in fact 12oz. They said yes. I said this does not look right and asked if this was a kids size, and they said there is no kid size, the only difference between the two is that the kids smoothie does not have yogurt. The sign when I ordered had listed 3 different sizes. I let it go and left since the employee I was speaking to clearly was not willing to resolve this. After finishing my smoothie I checked the bottom of my cup and it says 9oz. Not only did this employee give me less than what I paid for, they lied to me when I asked them about it! This...
